Excellent evening with fantastic food

We visited with a party of 10. It was quiet at that time (8pm) but quickly got busy in the next hour. We were given a very detailed description of the dishes on offer as well as wine to complement them. We chose the mixed Moroccan starters which were excellent. Our party then had various tagines... read more

I guess we were unlucky last evening. We went there because of all the good reviews. It was raining hard outside and pretty cold so we asked for a table in the back which was obviously reserved, even though it was 9.30p.m. so we could not get it. No one ever showed up there. Everytime somebody left the Restaurant, we... More

Not a big fan of morroco cuisine and got really tired of tajine, however this restaurant brought everything on he whole new level. Everything is great, atmosphere, service and food. Fresh, high class, beautiful and delicious. Maybe it is a bit pricey for Morroco, but it def worth it. If you are in Morroco and want to treat yourself this... More

Group of friends ( 8 ) golfing in Marrakech and when asking concierge of our hotel, they only recommend places where they receive a ' back hander' So checking on Tripadvisor the Libzar is rated highly and so it should be. The staff were all excellent, we met the chef/owner who really made us all welcome. All dishes were quite... More

We had a truly wonderful dinner at Libzar today. The Moroccan salad starter was superb - 12 mini-starters, each delicious and interesting. The chicken pastilla was also fantastic. For our main courses we enjoyed the M'hammar lamb tagine and the lamb and vegetable couscous. The staff are delightful, the dining room is spacious and beautiful, Assia the chef is a... More

Went there last night with three other friends. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. As this is the first time any of us had tried genuine Moroccan food, we didn't really know what to have. It comprises a three course meal - a choice of a number of starters/Moroccan salads, then a choice of either a couscous or tagine... More

I go to this restaurant every time I come to Marrakech, and I will continue to do so after my last experience. After a warm welcome, we discovered the new formula's of the house: lunch with Salad buffet, main dish and desert for 120Dhs, 3 courses dinner menu à la carte for 280 Dhs. And the good news is that... More

It is very nice restaurant hidden at the corner of the small junction. We went there just after 7.00pm and were first customers. Restaurant is beautifully decorated in traditional style. As soon as you there you will see that restaurant has a woman touch. About the food: if you want to experience the flavour explosion of different combinations, The selection of... More
