Excellent in every way!

Food and service very good, atmosphere is not the loud music, touristy type, with small band and belly dancer.... Sorry. Instead, it is discreet, classy, and romantic. But that would be meaningless without the excellent Moroccan food, plentiful, according to traditional Moroccan cuisine. Having not... read more

Just returned from Al Fassia, will get straight to the point. My wife ordered chicken pastilla,I had pigeon pastilla for starters both were excellent And substantial. The Moroccan wine was also good. From there it went downhill. We shared a shoulder of roast Lamb which was served to us barely warm. The Veg was served in a dish that had... More

Having not been to the Gueliz restaurant (same owners, style), I cannot compare, but this is worth... More

The restaurant is spacious, very comfortable, and decorated with a range of quality oil paintings, engendering a relaxing pleasant atmosphere. Some of the seating is on large couches rather than dining room chairs, which requires adaptation for the non accustomed. The speciality " Epaule d'agneau dorée" was delicious with the tender meat separated from the bone with one stroke of... More

We booked here as we could not get a reservation in the Guerliz Al Fassia. The restaurant is smart enough but really lacks any atmosphere which is unusual for a traditional morrocain restaurant. The food was average and the service poor. This was a real disappointment given the reputation of Al Fassia and not worth the trouble of getting there,... More

If you do not care about details like ambiance, good service, sommellier advice, but can concentrate on the food alone, this place might be for you as the food is very typical (actually too typical is you ask me...my cook in the riad is doing exactly the same). So first the outlook. Not only is this place remote to anything,... More

Very unique place, a bit far from the Medina, but worth to go. All waiters were female, which was a surprise. The place is packed with tourists, but the food is excellent, the tastiest local food we had in Marrakech. Must go place!

not much needs to be said about this place except..... go before you die.....eat the roast shoulder of lamb....with a bottle of wine the only negative- if you have long legs the amount of table room can be a tad tight, other than that this is a 9.9 outa 10 place.

We were unable to get a table at the other Al Fassia and were recommended to go out to Al Fassia Aguedal by the concierge in our hotel and it was definitely worth the drive out there! In a slightly secluded spot the atmosphere in this restaurant was second to none. The waitresses were very attentive and the food was... More

We got to Al Fassia Agedal because our reservation with the real Al Fassia at Gueliz was messed up. This place i quite out of town (think airport). The premises are beautiful. It was friday night, so the busiest probably, but not full. We ordered wine, starters - briouates, quite average, my husband had a pastilla with chicken, which was... More
