Having had a lovely time at the Dar Mimoun on our last trip to Marrakesh we were keen to revisit the restaurant this time too, especially as recent reviews had indicated that it was as good as ever. Maybe we just went on a bad night but we were kept waiting for an age before our drinks arrived and our... More

The food is amazing! You got to try their starter - the variation of Morrocan salads! It is the best:)

Great food, friendly staff. A beautiful restaurant! Would definitely pay a visit next time im in Marrakech. the set menu was great value and the food was very tasty. I had the mix of moroccan salads to start with a Chicken in citron and Olive Tagine. Yummy!

We regularly visit Dar Mimoun when we are in Marrakech. Only a couple of minutes walk from the square, the setting is traditional and the food excellent. Reasonably priced, with great staff, that's why we keep going back. Highly recommend it. Shona and Youssef

We´ve been there for diner and had a very good time! The place is very beautiful, the waiter we had was very friendly (but a bit lost, we had to wait very long to get our drinks and the bred) and the tajines we chose were tasty! Everybody enjoyed the diner. It is not the cheapest place but the food... More

Good restaurant in the medina. We had a very nice meal with delicious tajine and yoghurt. ... Friendly staff. Beautiful scenery.

The location of the restaurant is good. The decor is amazing! Service was fantastic. The only thing that let this place down was the food - not brilliant. The mixed salad starter is nice and the desserts are nice but the main courses were bland. Much better tagines are available for less money.

We had dinner at dar mimoun. The place is really nice, there was live moroccan music, really nice staff and the manager really took care that everybody enjoyed their dinner. Not the cheapest, but worth the money (70-80dirhams for main course)

After our first day in Marrakesh I was quite expecting to pay a lot more than we did. Full three sizeable courses and soft drinks plus coffee, all for approx GBP15 per head. One of the starters, a salad, consisted eight separate dishes some of which were delicious but really too much for one. The lamb prune and almond tagine... More

We accidentally stumbled into this place off one of the winding roads from the main square, and we couldn't be happier that we did. The surroundings are beautiful; in the centre of a traditional and luxuriously decorated riad but tranquil and mainly tourist free, and without the tourist prices like many other beautiful locations ask for. The staff, the beautiful... More
