Somewhere that serves alcohol in central Marrakech

We stumbled on the Kosybar when we were walking around Marrakech, desperate to find somewhere that would offer us a glass of wine in the afternoon sun. The setting was great, up on the terrace, affording a lovely view of the Atlas Mountains, and the storks nesting on the city walls. The price was... read more

Keep climbing the stairs and you'll be rewarded with some great views over the city. Quite a chilled vibe, food and drink good, prices about right, service casual. The square it is part of is being refurbished and should be quite smart when finished. Building work disruption in the meantime but the roof terrace is far enough away to avoid... More

Came in here to watch sunset and have a drink. Lovely views of the Atlas Mountains and the Koutoubia mosque. Cocktails are about 110 mad and wine was €60. The cocktail I had wasn't great and the wine was average. I would suggest sticking to beer or a soft drink. Service was ok, a bit slow for my liking, but... More

This place was recommended to us by our Riad owner. It has a nice ambience, the service is ok & the prices for beer / wine are European prices. The views are good. We didn't eat here but the food looked good. Definitely worth popping in if you are at the south end of the Medina visiting the Palaces

A bottle of wine on the terrace, after an exhausting day, what could be better. We didn't eat there, but it looked ok.You have to go up on the terrace if you want an alcoholic drink as it's in the medina. The atmosphere is great, comfy seating, and later on a great singer. We ended every day here and it was great.

We've been there for some drinks and dinner. The restaurant is quite nice and modern. The drinks and wine list is OK, prices compared to local standards are high, compared to european standards low. The food was OK but nothing special. From our point of view average. Just an example; we asked for a peppermill but just received a face... More

We went here for dinner, and the food was ok, the bar was great, the setup of the place was beautiful and there was a singer on the night as well and even though there was only a few of us at the bar the atmosphere was livened up by the fab singer. Also went to the new spa they... More

We visited Kosy Bar at our first night in Marrakech, based on the reviews on Tripadvisor and were disappointed. It's the kind of bar you can expect in any big city, creating a hip-like atmosphere, serving average food, slightly overpriced. It is not bad, but there are far better places to go in Marrakech, as we found out the following... More

We were the only clients on the rooftop terrace but service was very slow to get served. Then once served they wouldn't leave us alone asking if we wanted more drinks and whisking away glasses the instant they were finished. Nice views of the Medina and reasonably priced beer and wine for such a place.
