This was recommended by locals, I thought it would be wonderful, but the server was very surly, he left the premises when we asked for our check. The food was just passable, we ordered the lamb dish.

This restaurant is made for tourists to eat. It's a little pricy, and you won't see any native Moroccans here. With that being said, it's a very pretty restaurant, and the food was the best we had for the entire trip through Morocco. If you're wanting to take a break from eating in the Djeema el-Fna and get really high... More

You would never find this restaurant if you weren't in the know - in fact I suspect it's largely frequented by expats. There are no signs advertising that it is a restaurant, the heavy doors are closed, and one could walk past it without even registering. Most bookings come via the Riad owners, and there's probably a kick back as... More

Great food at reasonable prices. Be sure to try the avocado sorbet. It was the best I have ever tasted!

An excellent evening in every way. Met by a door man in traditional clothing on the main street and taken to the restaurant door. We hadn't booked and were lucky to get a table in the courtyard. However, eating in the main part of the riad was lovely but warm when it's 39 degrees outside. Service attentive but not intrusive... More

Firstly we disagree with the review mentioning small portions. We were satisfied with our appetizers and entrees and really enjoyed the tranquil setting hidden behind a dark alley. We were escorted to the restaurant by a greeter and were quickly seated. Our waiter was busy but was attentive and professional. It is not a casual atmosphere so don't expect chatty... More

The food was very good. The wait staff was a little impersonal. Don't know if I would return in the future because of this.

This was my 2nd time at this Restaurant, but as well my last. Waiters were more than stressed, 30 minutes waiting time until our order was taken. 1 hour to get the starter, which was eaten in about 5 minutes due to the tiny Portion. Main course very small as well, waiters still more or less invisible. And this place... More

Like others, we nearly turned around when we went down the alley approaching this restaurant. we perservered to discover a very upmarket, modern and stylish interior. The food is quite good but a little overpriced for Marrakech. Service was good and you can buy wine with your meal.

As others have said the entrance to this venue is odd and at first you think you have gone down the wrong alley. But then you get to a courtyard with a large door, someone lets you in and - suddenly you are in this lovely old riad done up tastefully with a mix of modern and old looks. The... More
