Went here as part of a tour, so the menu was not really the sort I would like to encounter with pastas and so on. But if you head up to the top there will be a nice view, which I think is better in the evening. But the food, such as the chicken tagine, served in metal containers, would... More

Again good location for people watching but having eaten at a few overlooking the square the food here was better. Had pasta dishes. Wouldn't recommend gir anything other than lunch or a drink having been to nicer restaurants.

This is a restaurant that takes advantage of its prime position on the square. The view from the terrace is good, but that's where it ends. On our visit, the staff were indifferent to the point of being surly, the food was insipid, and the kefta meatballs were almost raw and had to be sent back to be re-cooked. True,... More

A decent place to eat, with decent food at typical prices for a restaurant on the edge of the Jemma el Fna square. Good terraces overlooking the square and even the tables inside are in rooms with charm. Food was fine, although menu is mostly European food as opposed to Moroccan. Prices are what you'd expect for the location, 60dirhams,... More

Good pizza and good steak, although I thought it was beef instead of lamb. However, it was nice and tender.

We stopped here 3 times for just drinks and also once to eat, sitting on the various levels. Don't know why some people have given bad reviews?! Friendly relaxed service, great location for people watching, nice coffee and food was good and not bad price considering location. Clean toilets too, always a plus in Marrakesh. Would totally recommend.

We had our first and our final evening meals here. We tried other restaurants for lunches and meals over our long weekend, but we had better food and service here. The 160 Dh menu (3 courses) is a bargain. Tried various things but can recommend the Salad Nicoise, Smoked Salmon and Avocado salad, Kefta Tajine and Crème Caramel. Very nice.... More

I think I must have been somewhere else to most recent reviews!!! We chose to eat local food most nights out when in Marrakech, and I found the Tajine kefta at this restaurant was better than any of the others we went too (you are paying 65 Dhm). True, the service was not the quickest in the world, but the... More

visited on first night after long day travelling: we were a bit shell shocked by the square; decent terraces to view people and goings on in the main square. Food is relatively conventional but not bad and fairly priced given the location ( you kinda get what you pay for here, nothing is truly a bargain) but the ability to... More

My 12 year old son and I were in Jemaa el-Fna our first night and just wanted something to eat and to take in the vibe of the square. We chose Les Terrasses and sat at a table on the balcony. Contrary to a lot of other reviews, our service was the best part of the experience. We got a... More
