The food at Chez Yassine is well priced, but unfortunately portion sizes are meager. The rabbit tajine in particular was disappointing, it was effectively a collection of bones swimming in sugary water, and the pasta dish we ordered could have been made by myself at 3am after a heavy night on the sauce, and I'm a terrible cook.

We only stopped here one evening for a light bite but were treated to a delicious meal. We started with fresh fruit smoothies, followed by a pizza and a well flavoured rabbit tagine. Not far off the square, our bill came to 108dh- what a bargain!

great place to eat. reasonable prices, clean inside and you can watch your food eing prepared. Delicious freshly squeezed juices and the best pancakes ever! Pizza is delicious and the brochettes were the best we ate. Family friendly - the staff gave my kids extra juice at no extra cost. Woudl definitely recommend and a good stopping point just outside... A lovely, small restaurant with excellent food and friendly service. Althought it's located close to the Koutoubia Mosque, we actually had a hard time finding it. We couldn't see it the first time and the second time we happened to walk past it and I suddenly saw on a piece of paper 'Chez Yassine'. When you come from the Mosque... More

As a tourist in Marrakesh, you, at times, get food and a service which is a little disappointing, e.g. in the main square the food in some booths are overcooked and the service treats you like cattle. (Not all, just some). We found Chez Yassine and it was so welcome. It became our local luncheon! Lalla, the manager and cook... More

If u seek for a fast kebab u do not really matter the place which despite the reviews I read here was not much. After all people were very welcoming so we actually ordered what the staff were having for lunch. Veggies where good and the kebab chicken ok if only the portion we had wouldn't have been split in... A small cafe/restaurant with limited seating situated on Avenue Fatima Zohra (near to Dar el Bacha and therefore handy for guests of the riads on this street and Rue Bab Doukkala also), and only five minutes walk for visitors to Djemma al Fnaa. Not fancy by any means but good food, freshly prepared and at a very reasonable price. The... More

within 3 days we were regulars and recognised with a smile and a cold banana and orange drink. The vegetarian tagine with preserved lemon was awesome.

went based on trip review, very basic to look at, but lovely pasta for the kids and nice tagine and coucous for the adults. Super friendly and would strongly recommend if you don't mind basic environment to eat in.

Everything is ok. Nothing wrong but nothing exceptional neither. Just a decent friendly restaurant with a good value for money
