An ordinary dining experience in quasi- tents to the side of a massive arena, accompanied by a series of groups of dancers who looked like they wanted to be somewhere else! Food was average but service very slow. Setting was good. The show was dreadful. Think local village amateur dramatics without the professionalism or enthusiasm. Many performers seemed sad, bored or both, with 'forced' smiles, if at all. Their presentation was in many cases shabby and unprofessional. I don't think they had had any real performance training. I honestly think it... More

I hated this dinner and show. It seemed very much like Medieval Times, except the performers did not seem happy to be there. They acted more like participants in a freak-show than performers. It was crowded with many tour buses.

Very poor service with the food, slow and food cold. Show very repetitive, amateurish and really not worth seeing.

I've never had an experience like this. You walk into the entrance past what must be 20 men on horses. They either want money for their photo or they will turn their head the other direction. You enter the grounds and walk past groups of what are supposed to be happy Moroccans who are the actors in the nightly dinner... More

This is an enormous place with hundreds of people eating and watching the show. If you have your picture taken with one of the mounted guards at the entrance he will demand money (but not surprising in Morocco) Each party is allocated a dining tent and, whilst food is served, various entertainers drift through - all looking rather bored! Highlight... More

We were taken to the place in the Medina by tour guide. The building and decoration was traditional which was very interesting, but the place was incredibly hot with no air con or fans and a number of us were bitten by mosquitos. There were musicians playing throughout the meal which was pretty repetitive then there was a dance troupe... More

The price is so reasonable that you wonder how they can survive! There was more staff and performers than customers the night we went, but it was well worth the trip to get there. The traditional fare was as good as anywhere else; the lamb, vegetables and appetizers were plentiful as always in Marrakech. A bit stingy with the cookies,... More

Food wasn't special. Better food in the Medina - Soup to start was tasty - Large half side of lamb OK, but it was fatty and too dark to see what you were getting - cuscous dish with chicken was bland and tasteless. Desert was apples or oranges and 1 small biscuit. The entertainers who came into tent looked bored,... More
