This is one of the best dining experiences I had abroad. The shuttle dropped us in the old part of Marrakesh. Walking down that very simple alley I wasn't sure what to expect. But once we walked in the riad, my friends and I were just mind blown by its beauty. The staff was very welcoming and sweet, and the... More

We visited as part of an arranged outing and it was lovely. You trot down and narrow alley in single file before turning a corner into a riad decked out in blue, green and white tiles with luscious plant life and a gorgeous fountain. The food was amazing the only problem we had was that the portions were far too... More

As part of our Gate 1 Moroccan holiday, we went on an excursion that included a horse-drawn carriage ride through Marrakech to dine here. The food was amazing and the entertainment unforgettable! An elegantly dressed woman did a dance balancing eight lit candles on her head, and several fellows danced a dervish. The food was beautifully plated and delicious. Our... More

It was our last night in Marrakech and the dinner at Lotus was a fantastic way to end our trip. We were picked up by the restaurant's courtesy driver, privately escorted into the restaurant, greeted by a welcoming staff and awestruck by the beautiful ambiance and scenery. The food was beautifully presented and representative of authentic Moroccan cuisine we had... More

We spent our last night here as a couple: the atmosphere and setting are amazing, highly reccomended. The shows are nice and entertaining but not too loud; the food is very good (we went on a sunday and they offered a set menu composed of a selection of moroccan salads that were rather unusual but tasty, two main dishes of... Ticked all the boxes, a superb experience all round. Ambience, food, entertainment, service were fantastic. We were looking for that special evening to conclude our stay in Marrakech and this was ideal. Be careful though, this restaurant/riad is off the beaten track, its part of the Lotus group and the websites give conflicting addresses, there is a Lotis riad off... More

The whole experience of this restaurant was exceptional. We had a group of thirteen of varying ages and not one person could fault any part of our evening. The service was outstanding as the manager and staff catered for every need of the group without hesitation and made us feel so welcome by explaining in detail each dish before it... More

You need lots of time to enjoy this restaurant, as the food comes slowly and you are expected to stay for hours, enjoying the surroundings and the entertainment (belly dancing and twirling). This is off the beaten path, so you will need to be sure you can get there. We had a guide take us there.
