Sunday night ,first pizza restaurant option was closed this place was nearby, we were a little wary when we went in because saw live music set up. , but we were blown away by a guest male opera singer that did a song! Got an authentic Italian experience and the pizza was good too!

We ate here last night 05/01/15. The service was awful. We waited 20 minutes before anyone came to even ask if we wanted a drink. The food was less than average. The lamb chops were served with a whole lemon just put in the middle of the plate. We asked for boiled potatoes but got chips. The chips had so... More

When traveling in Morocco sure you have to eat tajine, couscous, brochettes... but if you are tired of them and want to try some real Italian food, don't miss the opportunity to pay a visit to Chez Casanova. The food is really Italian, not just by name, and made as in would have been in better places in Italy. The... More

We found this place by accident when walking from le Jardin Marjorelle. Food is excellent, free wifi, service a bit slow/I different but a nice little courtyard to spend a couple of hours for lunch out of the city heat

We were hoping to tey Al Fassia last night but unfortunately it was closed. Walked around and found Casanova and as we were hungry decided it would do. First impressions were nice and staff were friendly in directing us in and offering choice of seating, we chose to sit outside. The decor was nice and having a couple of lime... More

Dear Mr. D4 Kas many thanks for your kind review. You are very precise and accurate in your criticism. So it is even more surprising that there are some errors. Olives, bread and dipping oils have never been made to pay, and so I do not know where you found 28 dhs charge!?! Impossible. You write that you ordered the... More

My family of 5 enjoyed our meal and wine at Casanova. They made the Arrabiata extra-spicy for my son, and he loved it -- ordering a second order! Highly recommend the four-cheese pizza. This was a cab ride from our medina riad, but a welcome change of pace.

Friendly service in a relaxed environment, that almost makes you forget that you´re in Marrakech. Authentic Italian food and reasonably priced local wine.
