De Luxe Diner

We enjoyed Le "petit diner". You can choose from three sizes of the menu, ranging from 350 to 550dh, which gives you 1, 2 or 3 main courses. The rest stays the same. Aperitif and half a bottle of wine is included in the price. The ambience and the service is truly five star as well. Just the way... read more

We arrived at the most beautiful house after navigating down the side streets. The food was spectacular, the chicken tagine had the most delicious, rich sauce and it more than beat our expectations. By far the best meal in Morocco so far! Fantastic service, the most romantic setting and extremely reasonably priced (£60 for 2 including all our drinks).

You find the large wooden door to this riad/restaurant after walking down some dark, quiet alley ways. It took them a while to answer the knocker and it was only the jostick burning outside that indicated they were open. We had no reservation but we asked to see the menu. What a surprise when you enter this place with its... More

Beautiful location, perfect service, good food. Hidden in a small road it is a perfect choice for a dinner out of chaos of Marrakesh.

We had heard how good this was from tripadvisor, and weren't disappointed. It was one of my highlights of Morroco, and I would recommend it to everyone. After going down windy streets to a small door, we thought we were in the wrong place (!) but as soon as you go in it's like entering a private palace. What a... More

The building is over 400 years old and we were shown around the upper floors and roof terrace, before taking a table in the central courtyard. The Sultan of Morocco dined here some time ago according to antique newspapers proudly framed around us. The service and food were excellent. The set menu included wine or drinks of your choice which... More

The ambience, the service, the moroccan salad and the desserts were to die for. Like going back in time or being in the movies, which ever one fits your bill. The main courses, a pie and a couscous were not up to par, but I still recommend the restaurant, especially if you book early enough to be seated in the... More

As mentioned by other reviewers, it is not very easy to find this place, but well worth the effort! Our taxi driver took us down windy streets and we were met by the famous Mr Red Cloak, who escorted us down the narrow alleyways to the restaurant. Ksar Es Saoussan is just beautiful, exquisite furnishings, tasteful decorations and you really... More

Ended up here on my last night, loved it. Wonderful atmosphere, would be ideal for a romantic evening. Went for the petite dinner, which at the time of writing was 350dh including wine and an aperitif (port for me since you ask). Petite dinner? I was waddling by the time I left! Salad marrocaine came as eight separate dishes, vegetarian... More

We found the entrance down some unprepossessing alleys, and entered through the wooden door, and were immediately shown up to the roof, which was all ours while we watched a beautiful sunset. A drink would have been lovely but nobody came to offer us one. After sunset we went down and were shown to a table where we had an... More
