We stayed at the Riad Kniza for seven days. It was a beautiful hotel and we had the most incredible time! The food was especially wonderful! We are both vegetarians and they were extremely accommodating and brought us vegetable couscous (the freshest we have ever had) and incredible vegetable bastilla! Everything tasted homemade and fresh, not to mention perfectly flavorful.... More

It doesn't get any better than this. Fresh, authentic, Moroccan food. There are so many places around the world that are simply average. It's extremely hard to find a place like the Riad Kniza that not only has superb, fresh, delicious food but impeccable service to match. My boyfriend and I have been to Marrakech twice in the past two... More

During our stay we ate in the Riad. We were aided in the selection of the 5 course menu by a very able receptionist. We were a little early for our reservation but were shown to our table and provided with drinks. After a short while the first course arrived and then for the next hour and a half we... More

We actually stayed at the Riad Kniza and, like the restaurant, it was faultless. The food was excellent and plentiful. The mood pampering, yet not overbearing. This is NOT a typical tourist restaurant. This is on a much much higher level than anything else in the city, but is not expensive. They treat you with all the hospitality of being... More

We stayed 4 nights at the Riad Kniza and couldn't have been more pleased. It is sumptuous! The staff is very attentive, the room (Bahia) enormous and beautiful. Our Moroccan meal was beautifully served and the best we had eaten. My children are still talking about it.

We stayed in the Riad Kniza for 7 days, when we first got to the riad it was late at night and we had our first taste of the food, Morrocan soup and salads. All served cold. So then we had a complimentary dinner included in our package; we decided to dine there the 2nd or 3rd night - can't... More

The dinner we had at Riad Kniza was easily the best meal we enjoyed during 4 days in Marrakech. The soup and various small plates ('salads') were extremely good, and the lamb tagine with prune, fig, and apricot was extraordinary: tender and subtly spiced, but not the slightest bit greasy.

The restaurant is located in a more than beautiful hotel, with several inside courts. wonderful interiors. But the restaurant only serves just one (3 or 4 courses) meal, with no selection of wines (only a choice between red, white or rosé). The service is friendly but slow. There are many more better restaurants in Marrakech.

Greetings from Riad Kniza! While we thank this reviewer for the comment on how beautiful our property is, I cannot agree with the rest because it is simply untrue. This is easily verifiable by anyone who takes the time to visit our restaurant web page. Here is how we work: We only serve a maximum of 9 tables a day... More

My husband and I dined here for our Boxing Day treat, and weren't disappointed at all. Having been led through the tranquil, stunning riad, we were shown to our table in the intimate dining room and enjoyed a simply sensational Moroccan meal. Booking ahead meant that our meals were prepared to perfection - the Chicken with Lemons and Olives tagine... More

We ate at Riad Kniza last night having been forced to make a Tagine choice when booking the table online. The building is beautiful but the meal was totally disappointing and not up to the reviews. It was dominated by filo pastry which was served for 3 courses! The chicken tagine was a thigh of chicken totally dry and overcooked.... More

Greetings from Riad Kniza! We highly value the opinions and remarks of our guests as we are always seeking to improve the dining experience at Riad Kniza. However I was surprised by the comments of this reviewer for the following reasons: No one is forced to choose anything they do not like: we publish our menu online, we actually have... More
