Good food and atmosphere but BEWARE stall no. 117 are crooks and will over charge by a long way. Much better to go to a good restaurant and pay less for better food.

what an experience!, monkeys, snakes, music, hustling, bustling, sights, sounds, smells. Everything you would expect of Marrakesh and more. Has to be experienced to know the true Marrakesh . All the food traders touting for business, sitting at benches eating basic freshly cooked food and then delicious freshly squeezed orange juice. It was interesting in the daytime, but really took... I enjoyed the stalls in the square but they were the same every night and aimed at the tourists. I certainly wasn't impressed by the snakes and monkeys but loved the freshly squeezed Orange juice.

We were hassled to death by the restaurant touts so didn't actually go in the end. They are most unpleasant and pushy and really rather agressive in one case.

Eating local food cooked on site, sitting shoulder to shoulder with other travelers on bench seats, was a good experience. The food however was average at best.

Stall 1 was an amazing experience. The food was great quality and fresh. We had skewered, salad and olives plus chips as well as a large bottle of water for 100 dirhams. Would recommend.

The stalls sell all manner of goods but at night primarily food, this is the place to try a piece of sheep's head or brain as well as more conventional tagines and meat skewers. Stall touts will charm you with their patter. Other stalls sell spices and perfumes and are certainly worth seeing. Fresh orange juice is available during the... More

We were recomended no. 14 by our riad and really enjoyed it. We actually came back our last night. The staff is friendly and not agresssive as some of the other. Calamars and fish was tasty so was the tomato salsa. Definitely worth the experience.

Good menu, variety of options, fast service, quality of the food is good. A lot of tourists go to this stall (I guess because of reviews). Prices are similar to other stalls.

We were recommended 114. But have to say that not only was the food poor, but the service was bullying and intimidating. I normally like have to the choice to leave a tip. In this case - because of the way we were treated by our "waiter" I decided against leaving a tip. A) He treated us badly from the... More
