We stumbled on this place when looking for somewhere for a drink and ended up coming back twice. A lovely French Colonial place with a good feeling to it. During a week long holiday in Marrakech, we dined here twice. On both occasions we thoroughly enjoyed our food, and especially the ambience of the whole experience. An example of their obvious devotion to the dining experience was on the second evening, the maitre'd brought a second starter course for my wife, explaining that he thought the first one that... The kids thought the food was great...hamburgers & Croque Monsier were excellent. Altho this restaurant was not recommended to us, we thought it was worth it.

The food was not bad at all and the staff was friendly, but it was impossible to talk to each other because of the loud music.

The place is worth a visit, just don't eat there. Have a drink perhaps? Coffee is decent, all in all is a good spot to have a break while walking the streets of marrakech. Dinner was average, for the level of the ambiance. In other words, the food is not up to the level of the decoration of the restaurant.... More

We visited on a Saturday night and shared a half-bottle of wine, which was served in an ice bucket beside our table. We were enjoying our chat so decided to stay on for a second half-bottle. The service staff then made a small mistake - shortly after our second half-bottle was delivered, one of the service staff (not our main... More

We booked with high expectations judging on the ambiance and overall look of the cafe but were sorely disappointed by the food. We had to send the soup back..twice, as did the gentleman on the next table and worst still, I ordered oysters which came half frozen. The maitre'd, who was friendly, funny and efficient explained the incident away saying... More

Everything was excellent. Only slight criticism was the romantic candle light all over made the menu tricky to read!. Food and service was par excellence!. Make sure you visit the top of the three floors and have a cocktail. The decor and ambience was amazing.

I booked this for lunch for my family. I had expected to be time travelled back to a Colonial setting. It is Art Deco but there are no signs (I could see) of it's post office heritage. The food was really quite average too. Perhaps we had been spoiled elsewhere during our stay. The best thing about this was that... More

We visited this place as we had heard some great things about this place. Location was excellent on the main road in the Gueliz area so very easy to find. It had indoor and outdoor seating. We sat inside and setting was very colonial. Ambience overall was good as it seems its a popular place with locals and tourists. Service... More
