I ate here last night and turned up as a single diner, with no reservation. I received a very warm welcome and was shown to a good table. I ordered oysters and asked for their recommendation for a glass of wine to accompany this - their choice was excellent. This was followed by a very, very good rib eye steak... More

Who'd of thought you had to go to Morocco to have the best French restaurant experience. Everything about Bagatelle is as authentic as it gets, from the atmosphere and decor to the cuisine and service. For starters we went for a dozen of escargot. The freshness of the snails combined with the garlic and parley butter glaze was as heart... More

You could be forgiven for thinking you were in Paris when you step through the thick red entrance curtain. We turned up on a busy Friday evening with no reservation and they found us a small table at once. The rest of the tables were quickly filled with expat french. The service is friendly and efficient. Typical French menu. The... More

Fantastic evening at Bagatelle, the food was top class as was the warm welcome and a very good list of local and international wines. We went to the restaurant based on TripAdvisor recommendations and weren't disappointed. My daughter is a vegetarian and was catered for well from a good sized menu. The snails were a popular choice with us as... More

We enjoyed a lovely evening away from the Medina where we were staying - had sun downers at the Sky Bar of the Renaissance Hotel, then dinner in La Bagatelle - stunning food and great service and the place has a really friendly vibe! Good range of different cuisines. Definitely a lovely trip out of the Medina madness!

Bagatelle is one of the best restaurants in Marrakech, with a big choice of food and a very good service at very reasonable prices. I have lunched and dined there many times during the past 40 years and have never got disappointed. The food is very good and the service impeccable. Hugo van Reijen

We visited twice and had the same meal on both occasions as it was so nice. This place is really good value, the red wine is 120 here and the same bottle 200 at Pepenero. The service is really good, you are given nibbles and an amuse bouche. The Ceaser salad is huge and would do for a meal. We... More

It's not quite easy to locate but it was situated in a peace and I think in a right place. I was with my friends and we always have a dinner here. They have a very nice ambiance and great and friendly staff. The food I like the most in this restaurant is the chicken cooked in tajine.

The restaurant was booked for a celebration for a group of 20+ people. The regular menu was offered (although the starter was pre-booked b'stilla for all) and all the dishes were excellent. I particularly enjoyed my calves liver (a dish that is easy to wreck). Cooked just right and tender. Ambience was wonderful and the wait-staff were attentive and friendly... More

We were taken there by buy our friends on holiday and had a wonderful time. The service was very polite & friendly. The food we chose was excellent. The atmosphere was great. You can imagine being in a french restaurant in the late Fifties.
