Great location, average food

This restaurant is just on the edge of the square with outside seating at ground level and a terrace offering superb views of the square. The service was nothing special often food was delivered without a word. I tried the Moroccan soup and the vegetable couscous. Both came in generous portions... read more

Recommended in a guide book so we gave it a go despite being happy eating at the stalls most nights - really regretted wasting the money here. Worst food I've had in years and my standards aren't high, just tasteless and dry, awful quality. Pulls in lots of tourists but don't know why - just stick the to stalls, they... More

We came to this place on our first proper night in Marrakech. The location is superb, right on the main square with a great upstairs terrace with excellent views. However the tables right by the edge are at a bit of a premium. One became free just before we ordered our meals so we moved over there. For the rest... More

I ate here a few times during my stay in Marrakech. The main reason I have to say is the magnificent views you have over Jemm'a El fna'a, especially at sunset. There were evenings we stayed here for ages and ages just looking at the captivating views of the sqaure below with all its sounds, smells, colour and charm. The... More

Great for people watching, but the food was dull. And with soo many great options around the corner theres really no reason to go here.

Very good, simple morocco food at a low cost with a view for the main plaza (beside Café de Paris). You can eat from tagine to a salad for a few euros with no stress.

Best chicken and lemon tagine we had in Morocco! After day of travelling we had a quick lunch here and was worth it! Tasty, quick and far better than souk cafes!!!!

This is one of the places where good food is served at a reasonable price. There is a terrace upstairs which is nice too. You do have to write down your own order though and portion sizes are quite small. But very nice.

This restaurant had good reviews on Trip Advisor so we decided to give it a try. Harira soup (excellent) was followed by kebabs served with chips and rice (OK) and lamb cutlets served with chips and rice (good). Best bit about the restaurant is the great view of the square at night. Make sure you get there early to get... More

One of the better restaurants in the square. They did not mind us changing tables once one with a view was vacated... They gave us a menu, a pad and a pen to write down our order, which was quite amusing Food was tasty...and so cheap that my hubby ordered a second round of pinchitos! We will be back!
