What a superb treat for our last evening in Marrakech! The food the service and of course the fabulous rooftop location are a must try!

We wanted to give this place excellent but it was just lacking a few touches. Beautiful setting and we appreciated the bar which was not cheap but not expensive either. We got bread after we ordered (which took a fair while), one thing that ticked us off was that other tables to have ordered got bread AND olives, or nicer... More

We had been recommended to this restaurant so decided to try it and actually returned several times during our stay in Marrakech. We sat on the rooftop terrace and watched the sun go down in a very relaxed atmosphere. The service was good, as was the food, with quite a varied menu with some decent wine at reasonable prices. Some... More

Was a lovely respite from shopping in the Souks to sit on the roof terrace with a breeze blowing eating fresh salads, and just relaxing , a comfortable place to relax at lunchtime while seeing the Souks

In the midst of the hustle and bustle of the souks and medinas of Marrakech is this groovy cafe. Go up to the rooftop, hopefully catch a breeze and order a relaxing alcoholic drink. Not always easy in a Muslim country. Food is tasty and you have the choice of western or Moroccan. Recommend.

This was a nice relaxed venue up above the busy markets. Three floors: the terrace was attractive, but don't forget there will be smokers there. We both had Italian dishes but there's also Moroccan, or meals with chips, so a good choice. Prices were reasonable. It would be a good place just to have a drink also. The guy on... More

We popped in here a few times during our Marrakech visit. It always produced the goods. Firstly the location and decor are great. Near enough to the souks but on a calm enough section of a street. The decor is lovely both inside and out, and helps create a chilled out atmosphere. We ate here twice, and all four mains... More

We came to Morocco relishing the thought of encountering some mouth watering & deep flavoured food; especially the tajine's. Finally, Cafe Arabe has lived upto our expectations. After 5 days of being let down by tastless & disappointing meals, we stumbled across this lovely restaurant. Not only is the food outstanding but the atmosphere, service & rooftop terrace are faultless.... More

Amazing tagines far better than any other so far. We've enjoyed mamu late afternoon beers here and decided to give it a go for dinner. Not disappointed. Be warned when they say a tagine is sweet it truly is. Moroccan cabernet sauvignon was very nice and inexpensive too. A must go too if in marrakesh.

Oh this place is a must go to! I chose this place purely based on location as I didn't want to have to walk far! And boy was it worth it! The decor of the place was so luxurious and Arabic I wanted to stay there all night. Also, the fact that it was rooftop and cool was a bonus... More
