During my stay in Marrakech, I stopped by Cafe Arabe every day around noon and enjoyed a few glasses of white Moroccan wine - a great deal at 4 dirham/glass. The view of the Koutoubian Mosque and Atlas Mountains is stunning. While I never dined here, the menu looked excellent and reasonably priced. The staff is very friendly and attentive.

Great location in the heart of the medina and easy to find. We were recommended by our Riad and it did not disappoint. So much choice on the menu for the main courses and a great balance of traditional Moroccan and European food. It was a lovely relaxed atmosphere and a beautiful setting. The cocktails were so good we moved... More

This restaurant is in the heart of the Medina and serves both Moroccan and Italian food . It has a good setting and ambience, and the food and service are good. I had an excellent harira soup and a lamb tagine which was not bad, although I would have preferred it being served in separate dishes rather than all on... More

Cafe Arabe is a four floor restaurant and coffee lounge in the medina which offers great Morrocan cuisine and also serves alcohol with a good offer of beers and cocktails. The chicken tagine with lemon or the lamb with prunes is excellent. The place is open for brunch, lunch and dinner but I recommend you go there for a nice long... More

I ate here on 3 separate occasions last September, having been recommended to it by my Riad. It's in the heart of the Medina and very easy to find. The staff were friendly and I was generally offered a choice of tables. One night, I was given breadsticks and olives as an appetizer, but this seemed to depend on how... More

Lovely traditional food in a beautiful setting! Again it's another jewel in the rough, feels great to duck out of the hustle bustle in the medina. The views of the mountains from the roof terrace are great and it's lovely to see little sparrows and finches come to visit :)

This restaurant became a favorite and we returned! The food is excellent, the wines are not overpriced and fits to the served food, the service is friendly and fast. The location is perfect and it is easy to find. We really enjoyed the Cafe Arabe!

This was our go to haunt for refreshments during our 9 day stay in Marrakech. Extensive cocktails are reasonable and well prepared and the prices for the Maroc wines set the benchmark that all other restaurants should be judged by. Probably not good enough food for a formal evening meal but for lunch, snacks and sharing dishes there is no... More
