Great

Couldn't have found this place if they didnt put staff at the entrance before you enter into the depths in the area, but the place itself was very nice, riad style. The food was very good, we had the valentines set menu and we were 200% stuffed to say the least. There was some people playing... read more

We don't usually go in for extravagant dining, but we decided to splurge one night in Marrakesh, and really enjoyed Le Tobsil. Traditional Moroccan food well prepared. So many courses of food and much more than we could ever eat in one sitting, but we understand that is part of the experience and they use or donate the uneaten food.... More

We had a wonderful meal in El Tobsil during our visit to Marrakech. It would be impossible to find but luckily they have a strategically placed guy who leads you from the closet main street to the door. Inside its all very intimate and atmospheric with local musicians (who do come to tables with their hat for a contribution -... More

This was a great Moroccan experience. It was near our hotel and came recommended. Hidden away (guide escorted us in) in the streets, it's a treasure trove as you walk in. Such a size, lovely decor and very quaint/romantic for Valentine's Day. It was a set menu experience with drinks in. Several dishes came out way over the evening and... More

literally stumbled across this place whilst lost, recognized the name, and managed to get a table. Was an absolute treat. No Menu, more food than you could imagine, lovely wine, great ambiance. Not necessarily the best food we had in Marrakesh but an amazing evening and atmosphere.

The first thing I will mention is the price. 64 Euro per person. There is no menu and they do not tell you before hand. I will also say that if it were to cost half of that I would have given it 2 stars. The space was nice and service was attentive. We had made reservations and were greeted... More

This restuarant was recommended to us and was beautifully set up with petals not he table and a couple of excellent local musicians, there was a set dinner which everyone had and local wine which was nice. Loads of food so go hungry, not cheap but a lovely experience.

We had pre booked on recommendation of friends. Warmly greeted when we eventually found it! The meal was set menu but lots of food and included your wine. Very attentive staff. Felt as if you were in a small palace! Loads of starters, followed by chicken almond and honey. Then lamb with veg couscous followed by pears followed by patisserie.... More

This restaurant was the highlight of my trip to Marrakech. The setting is absolutely beautiful, everywhere is lit by candles. The waiters were very pleasant and brought dish after dish of lovely food. It is near impossible to find, so it's worth paying a guide to get you there. The restaurant provides guides to escort you back to the main... More

Le Tobsil was by far the best rsstaurant we found on this trip. The atmosphere, service and entertainment were wonderful. The attention to detail by staff was exceptional. The food was authentic, tasty and great value. It was well worth the search to find it and definitely pay a guide to get you there. I can't recommend it enough for... More
