Best Place To Try Camel Burgers

Like everything in the Fes medina, it can be a pain to find for the first time but once you find it you will definitely want to go back. Great food, lovely space (take a seat on the rooftop terrace if the weather is warm) and a nice mix of people. You'll see young Moroccans as well as tourists... read more

I had read about this restaurant before we made it to Morocco, but wasn't thinking about looking for it. My husband and I, when looking for food, just stumbled across it. The food is delicious, the view is stunning, and it's got a really nice environment. We're already planning on going back. Highly recommend it!

This is a great place to get away from the craziness and hassle of the medina and see a different side of the city - namely young hip middle class Moroccans having a night out, etc, alongside great food and a cool atmosphere. The view from the rooftop (outwards and down into the main floor) is great. The camel burger was... More

My family and I enjoyed the lunch we had at Cafe Clock. My husband ate his first camel burger and loved it. I had the lamb tangine and it reminded me of my mom's cooking. Our kids had the caramelized banana pancakes. I can say the bites I stole were delicious. We are looking forward to going back on Sunday... More

This clock may have been amazing in its day but is no longer working. It is somewhat interesting to view from the alleyway below.

Cafe Clock is my favorite place to take visitors in Fes. It has a unique atmosphere, good food, breath-taking views of the medina from its multi-level rooftop balcony, and a variety of activities to suit any interest. Live music; belly dancing, calligraphy, oud, and cooking lessons; a lending library; and movie nights, to name a few. The staff is great... More

I spent a whole day here once when it was pouring rain and also returned a few times during my stay. They have a lovely spiced coffee and the warm almond milk is deilish. It's an eclectically styled cafe and one of my favourites from my trip to morocco. On a good day the rooftop terraces are a lovely escape... More

Yes - we too visited three times during our five-night stay in Fes! Once we found this place, we just had to keep coming back, particularly for my husband's favourite, the orange and almond cake, and for the lemon tart, which I found extremely addictive and, to be honest, the best in Morocco. But we tried a selection of other... More

My partner and I decided to take a break from the medina and so ended up at Cafe Clock. The cooking school with Chef Souad was an amazing experience that we will never forget. The food was delicious and (hopefully) easy to replicate at home. Souad is an incredible character who is eager to play, teach and help. Not only... More

My daughter and i enjoyed two meals here while in Fes. The staff are welcoming, the place is charming, the arrangement of a traditional dar (house), with dining in various rooms and on the balcony and roof. the food is outstanding. (I recommend the camel burger.)
