My boyfriend and I were walking through the medina of fez, looking for a restaurant that was on our guide. Like it often happens here, this guy started to follow us asking where we wanted to go. To ignore him after a while was impossible, he was a real hustler. Long story short, we were forced to go to this... More

This our first solo into the Madina was successful and we found the restaurant dispite several young guys wanting to offer help to go the wrong way. The dar recommends this local restaurant as one which will, if you so desire, send a waiter over to guide you there and back. Not a great experience and not surprisingly did not... More

The place is beautiful-traditional, with a wonderful terrace providing amazing view to the medina. The people are also great-one of them accompanied us back to our dar during our first night in Fes, when we still couldn't orient so well. The food is very good-delicious tajines and excellent pastilla!

The pastilla here was absolutely delicious with an ever so flaky pastry. The restaurant is housed in a beautiful dar which has lovely terrace seating. The staff were ever so sweet and on request from my dar escorted me to and from the restaurant

Recommended by our house owner, we went first night, tired from the flight. It was about 90 minutes between arriving and getting the food. Sure, nice view from roof on your first night. Over the week we realised food was also quite average, but given lack of local value-for-money options, you don't have much choice. Just be prepared to wait.... More

Our riad suggested this place as it was very close. We had an amazing experience dining here and we loved the food. The Moroccan dishes at the start were very good, as were our mains. The service was amazing and the price was very reasonable. Very much a hidden wee gem amongst all the chaos.

Clean and simple. Delicious food. Friendly service. If you're looking for a fancy place to spend $$$$, this is not it. We were three of us. Had an excellent meal and paid less than $20.00 The server even walked us back to our hotel after dinner!

A cute restaurant in the heart of the medina... Good service and great food, sadly not accompanied by good weather. Although it was raining (January) and we could not use the roof terrace, its was warm and cosy inside.
