Terrific location

Excellent location, right in the bend where Bab Boujloud's souk starts, so lots to see! Food is cheap and very good. So don't be put off by the 1001-nights-Arabic interior...this place is really worthwhile!

Food was fine, service was quick (maybe too quick?). Location is good, also for people watching in the medina. The only issue was the disturbing rumble in my tummy some hours later. Having a strong stomach, nothing bad happened, but to me this is a sign all was not well in the kitchen.

In the middle of a lot of little restaurants, there is Said, not harassing you to come in, but full of people. Tasty, savory and fast, the food was well made and flavorful. Would go back there anytime

We went for 3 lunches to this place. Guess that says it all ! 1) homely food ( we saw many locals come and eat here ), try the soup. 2) said is a warm generous guy, we chilled in this shop for a couple of hours. His 6 year old son played with our 2 year old and took... More

As soon as you arrive you are generously greeted by the boss Said !The food is absolutly delicious that you get the couscous or the tagine kefta and the price is very reasonable. A must Go to spot if ever in Bab Boujloud

The food is almost too good. We had beef tagine and kefta tagine and it was delicious. The service is very nice,we had nice, quiet spots and the bill was not overwhelming at all. They give you a starter bread and olives but they charge 10 dh for it.

We would recommend to visit as the food is definitely worth it, as is the service. In a lovely spot where you can see all the goings on of the Medina, which is especially lovely in the evening.

The food is amazingly good, a must try. The waiters were very nice. The only problem was when paying the bill, they wanted to overcharge us €10 but we're used to checking before paying. It wasn't much but I didn't like the gesture. That was a bit annoying but if you're careful you should be fine.

Welcoming people. Also Moroccans sit down here to eat. The salads are good. The grilled meat taste good. Terrace is good to see people strolling by while sipping cola through a straw.

We had two great meals very near medina/souk gate near raid fez while staying at raid Myra. (Also lovely with a great hamman). Lively street cafe restaurant with charming chef and delicious grilled eggplant, peppers and tomatoes, fresh pickled salads, and tabouli with chervil, tomatoes and cucumbers. Got to watch the life of fez while dining and really enjoyed the... More
