Actually, Bennis Habous is not a restaurant but a bakery. They bake and sell the most delicious Moroccan pastries. Of course it is possible to buy a pre-packed sample set with pastries, but it is much more fun to select your own pastries and pay by the ounce. The bakery is quite difficult to find and you might have to... More

Tucked away in a small side street, you really need to know about this patisserie to find it! But the quality is impeccable and the choice is enormous. Prices are surprisingly low for the quality, but don't expect high level 'polite' service. You need to be able to choose fast as there are a lot of people!!

Great pastries. No place to sit or eat. Strictly take away/ store. Also they have very nice pastiche savories that you can order.

Traditional Moroccan pastries with almond, honey & coconut are delicious. Almond gazelle is my favorite! Don't miss to taste them & take back home. It is worthwhile to see there for its Moroccan tiles as well.

The taxi driver told us about this place and when we entered we understood why. Various delicious pastry with a huge choice. All same price of 120 dhs per kilo. We could taste some, family friendly. Helped us later to walk around at Hobous.

This is one of the best traditional Moroccan patisseries. The sweets are amazing and fresh! The people were very friendly and prices were reasonable for the quality they give.

Classic moroccan pastry shop, nice but pricey. A tourist trap? Maybe. You can find the same products anywhere in town for similar quality but much cheaper. It's also part of visiting the habous I guess, you just finish ending up there and buy some stuff...

According to the high ranking reviews for this pattiserie , we decided to give it a try which really didn't disappoint us. It is an amazing place for tasting the sweet taste of Morocco. My husband loves sweets and this place was like a paradise to him. I loved the atmosphere very much. Beautiful traditionally painted tiles in blue had... More

Arrived there on my first day in marocco. Bought only a small box, wished I bought more. Very tasty. Not a sitting place, just to take home or to your hotel room.

Use whatever GPS, guidebook or tracking skills you possess to find this simple, gem of a bakery. Marvel at the front door then enter and greet whoever else is waiting to be served. Ten or twelve varieties of honey-soaked, sesame encrusted and date filled sweets are laid out to tempt you. A kilo costs 130 dirham (about £10). Unless you... More
