Great Food and Setting

Although there weren't many options on the menu for vegetarians, the food was terrific! We also enjoyed dining outside in the beautiful courtyard.

This restaurant is a bit more luxurious than most common restaurants in Morocco. Accordingly the prices are also slightly higher. The food is very good but not necessarily better than at cheaper places. It has a nice garden that allows you to eat outside. Beer and wine is served. My main negative point about this restaurant is that it is... More

We only had a small meal there and although the decor and the uniforms of the waiters were nice and traditional I got the impression that the waiter we had, an older man really did not like tourists and had to try hard to be polite and serviceminded. The food were OK but nothing special per my taste.

Service was great and atmosphere and decor perfect for tourists. Food was good and Moroccan with lots of starters, followed by various tagines and delicious tiny cakes for dessert. Worth a visit to get into the Moroccan mood on your first night.

Asked for a selection of dishes to get a good idea of the cuisine. Head waiter was very good and made excellent choices allowing the rich variety of dishes and tastes to be experienced. Friendly service and being able to converse with the staff was definitely an added benefit. The atmosphere was very pleasant and background music was just that,... More

The food was good and the atmosphere looked very authentic. We went on a Thursday night and it was packed. We didn't have reservations so had to eat inside instead of the garden. The seating inside was a bit cramped and ackward. We had a hard finding someone who spoke English. Despite these things, it was worth the trip.

Booking a table is probably a good idea, but we managed to fit in even without a reservation - and it was definitely worth a try. Wonderful space and decor with a very authentic feel to it! Service absolutely perfect and thoughtful, not to mention the food itself... Delicious and very hearty, and their traditional pigeon pastilla deserves an extra... More

Logged in to write my first ever Tripadvisor review after a disappointing meal here. Firstly, the positives; -lovely location and venue -very polite and attentive waiters (with the exception of the head waiter) The negatives; -very bland food (the couscous was particularly terrible) -head waiter was rude and had poor service manners. Overall, you have get much better elsewhere for... More

Couldn't reccomend this place more highly. We had soup to start which came with delicious dates, olives, good bread and Harissa sauce. Amazing lamb tagine with caramelised onion, and chicken with almonds. Too full up for pudding! The restaurant serves booze, and the service was really good. Our waiter made us feel right at home, cracked a joke that only... More
