The Steak was perfectly cooked, the sauces and appetizers were very well structured. But none of that compare to the chocolate fondant, The Fondant in this place is beyond incredible. I could easily say that this is the best food in Casa

If you're going to Casa, or even just passing through town for a few hours - as I was, I wholeheartedly recommend this outstanding brasserie-style restaurant "Le Cafe M" on the ground floor of the Hyatt. The food and service were both faultless on the two occasions I've been lucky enough to eat there. The cuisine combines classic French cooking... More

This was a great business dinner. The dining room has two parts, first a smaller room where one can have a drink and then the dining room with a table which easiy sits 12 people. The service and the food were great.

I really like this restaurant. Very friendly staff. Excellent food. When I'm in Casablanca for a week, I go at least 3 to 4 times. I love this restaurant. Great wines as well. Since a couple of years the prices have been reviewed: they are quite acceptable (European level). I traditionally spend 40 Euros for Starter-Main or a Main-Desert formula,... More

Dine there even if you are not staying at the Hyatt. Elegant and small restaurant. Mediterranean food. The calamari appetizer served over fennel and leeks was outstanding. Try some of the Moroccan wines: Medallions ( white similar to a Sav. Blanc and red similar to a cabernet ).

If you need to get away from the noise in the busy square outside, step into this luxurious bar in the Hyatt. Expensive by Moroccan standards, but sometimes Westerners need something like this when traveling.

Great, relaxed place in the Hyatt. When there is football they have enormous screens in the bar. Free an abundant supply of nuts, sweets and olives. Super place.

I ate here once whilst staying in the hotel. I had a light dinner. The food and wine were very good. The service was very friendly and attentive. Expensive for Casablanca but nice. Very classy, elegant decor. Maybe nice for a special occasion.
