Decorative and atmospheric restaurant with tasty food

Le Mauresque could be a suitable place for a romantic dinner, but It might suit also for business purposes. The service was friendly and helpful. I tried a camel tajine the first time, and I really liked it. However, tajine d´agneau is one of my favorites. As dessert I had a chocolat fondant, that... read more

The exterior reminded of a 70's disco when strolling by, but nevertheless I stopped to read the menu. Pastilla aux pigeons was on it. That plate is an all-time favourite, so went for it another night. The interior is quite nice, spacious, soft light. And the pigeon pastilla was a treat, really. Although listed as a starter it is substantial.... More

Impressive decor inside, lovely terrace for outside dining! Very good service; they paid attention to the details. Among other we enjoyed delicious local cuisine like tajine or couscous dishes, pastille and salads. On certain nights there's pleasant and distinct live music, without price changes.

I had the best tagine that I have ever tasted in this restaurant. You may not necessarily think that John Dory would make a good tagine but it was wonderful. My husband also had a lamb tagine and it was equally good. Sitting outside in the sunshine having this wonderful food was a very enjoyable experience.
