A Typical Panera Bread

Been to many Panera Breads around the country. This one is typical. The service was quick and the food good. Great place for lunch.

Great soup and sandwiches. Fresh ingredients. Sandwiches made to order. Prompt service and very patient as you make your choices. The salads are always a good choice too.

Stopped here for lunch on a Monday afternoon and it was fine for a Panera Bread. They have the usual offerings of soup, salad and sandwiches. I had the Fuji Apple Chicken salad with a small baguette of French bread and it was good. They had it prepared quickly and the prices are reasonable.

I like the selection of soups, salads, and sandwiches at this restaurant. The bakery area has great selections too. The staff is friendly. Wait time for receiving your food is short. The atmosphere is quiet and relaxing. This location is always busy. It is a popular local eatery.

We stopped by for a quick lunch and even though they were very busy our lunch items came very quickly. The soup was excellent and my husbands sandwich he said was very good. We enjoy Panera Bread wherever we go and always know we will be satisfied by the food and service. The Ankeny location didn't disappoint.

Panera Bread is one of my favorite places to wait and meet people because of the wi fi and adequate seating. They are always trying new food products, their rewards program is fun, the service is always friendly. I always choose Panera when it's up to me to make a lunch choice.

Ankeny continues to grow in size but Panera still gives you that hometown feeling when you go in. There are always people stopping to say hi, both staff working there and locals enjoying coffee and a sandwich. There are often business meetings at tables and people playing cards at another. The service is fantastic, always making sure you get exactly... More

Panera Bread is great nearly everywhere you go, but this property seemed to have all its ducks in a row when we visited for breakfast while traveling. Sometimes, Panera scones can be a little dry, but these were perfect, as was the hot chocolate, breakfast sandwiches, asiago bagels, and the cookies we bought for the road. This will now be... More

Went for coffee, ended up with the ham and cheese soufflé as well (very good). Service was very slow. My friend waited about 10 min for a mocha. She had a scone that was so hard and crumbly. She should have returned it, but she didn't want to. The coffee was good. Bathroom nice and clean. I'll probably go back... More

Fast-food style "service" was fast, but the eating area was not particularly clean. Watery broccoli cheddar soup. Baguette provided was fresh but no butter was available. Companion had soup and a grilled cheese sandwich, but the cheese was unmelted and still cold. Wouldn't bother coming back.
