Great food, great service. Highly recommend it. I am only giving 4 stars because the crab Rangoon's seemed to be mostly if not all cream cheese and no crab.

Locally owned, very nice staff. Love the food, the Hot and Sour soup is terrific as well as the Crab Rangoon and Eggrolls. If you are luck enough to have Liz serve you, she is very efficient and nice but often times works a lot of tables. She treats our grandkids like family -- has a little special treat for... More

We usually do take-out food from this place, which I personally think is the best Chinese food in Ames. Atmosphere of the restaurant, itself, is not stellar, but OK. Love the pot stickers.

Longtime favorite for sit-down Chinese. The special for 2 is perfect with Mongolian Beef, Garlic Chicken, sizzling rice soup and egg roll or pot stickers. Mongolian Beef version is a favorite with no spicy heat, sweet sauce, and those rice noodles that seem like elongated plastic peanuts. Garlic Chicken very good also although I'm not a big fan of mushrooms.... More

After not being here for months I came back and its still as good or better than it was months ago. Marcydiner tantrum scale of 5/5-no screaming kids. Food is hot, fresh and very good, service is friendly. Very clean dining area.

Went here for dinner. Staff is very nice , food is yucky. Had a house special with shrimp, beef and chicken. It was gelatinous and flavorless. Got some chili paste to liven up the flavor and the paste was so mild you could eat it by the spoonful . Others had the orange chicken which had no orange flavor. One... More

Not your typical Chinese buffet - order your food from a menu. The food choices are nice and the food always taste good.

Stopped by for lunch. Was surprised they didn't have a lunch menu, but perhaps it was because it was on the weekend? The food is better than most. Quite enjoyed it. The crab rangoons were missing any discernable crab, but were crispy and pretty good.

Lunch for both me and my son (with to different menu choices) tasted bland and like plastic, almost as if something was reheated in a zip lock bag in the microwave. Kung poa chicken was not spicy. Tea was good. Sservice was fine, but waitress seemed rushed, so not relaxing.

Every time I go here I feel like I've stepped into the 1960s. You can drink Singapore Slings with your flaming Pu Pu Platter. This is nobody's authentic Chinese but it is delicious.
