The atmosphere of this burger place is so different and there's so much to look at on the walls. And the burgers are fantastic!

This was a trendy, sit-down restaurant that specializes in hamburgers. We thought the food was delicious and reasonable and the service and ambiance were very good.

Walked in to two employees sitting on sofas at front door. Was sat in the lounge and waited on my a very green staffer. He had no idea about what was on tap. Food was over cooked.

Love the atmosphere of this place....not cookie cutter here! Nice sports bar type restaurant. The burgers are unique and good and I will probably come back occasionally. The staff were very friendly.

If you have a big appetite this is a great one to look into. Large burgers with a twist and "not your franchise" atmosphere is a plus. I thought the taste was a little bland, which surprised me. My son hade the donut bun burger and he loved it.

Their menu is very interesting and amusing. I would recommend staying with a burger with simple, well known ingredients. I had the burger patty wedged between 2 donuts......it tasted exactly like that, sweet donut and meat. An acquired taste for sure. Nice selection of beers. Mac n cheese was just ok. A friend ordered the burger (2 paitties) between 2... More

This is a nice little gourmet burger restraunt on the North side of Ames. Has an interesting combination of burger toppings. We have been a few times now. The food is consistently good. The service is fine. However, the restraunt can be a bit louder than expected and the food is a bit high priced. On average, reasonably good burger... More

I was in Ames to see my son and found oddfellows on the web. Received good reviews and with the limited food options in town we decided to give it a try. It is a pretty far away from the campus. We went in around 12:30 and were seated. Our server was very nice (as all Iowan's seem to be)... More

Nice beer selection and saved some money with happy hour prices. Burgers were very good. A little away from town but we'd go back

My wife and I went there randomly (not entirely though: I looked at the Trip Advisor review before entering the place! shhhhhtttt). I expected to eat a very good burger. Indeed, I was not disappointed ! I had one the the best burger in Ames. Also: the place is decorated nicely in a midwestern American style. Note that my wife... More
