Great Service, Good Pub Fare, Limited Liquor Offering

Late Sunday afternoon lunch after theater matinee. Light crowd, immediate seating. The venue is large and indeed unique. The menu is rather limited. Mostly pub fare and small plates with only a few entree offerings. That day they also had a special Mardi Gras menu of cajun style items. We... read more

As a repeat customer at The Two Brothers Roundhouse, I can say, without a doubt, that there's nothing quite like this place for atmosphere and ambience. That being said, the noise level can be distraction at times. Our " after the play" dinner was very good, although the server was a bit slow and neglected to bring our appetizer. He... More

A really nice location inside the former Aurora RR roundhouse (train maintenance facility). Knowledgeable waitstaff and decent food, some intriguing beers on tap. Head this way anytime in the far western Chicago suburbs. Several other reviews also pointed to bad service -- needs some manager's attention, please!

My husband and I stopped here for lunch. We had never been before. We sat next to the fireplace. The beer was great. I had Ebel's Weiss, a hefeweizen. For lunch I ordered the chicken tostada from the small plates section. It was really flavorful. My husband had beef brisket with home fries. He says the brisket was tender and... More

We love beer and local breweries and were not disappointed with our stop here. They have a great menu of their own, brewed drafts but a nice menu of other high end craft beers. The food was excellent - totally not what we expected. They do have a children's menu which is always a plus! We did small plates for... More

Went here after a show at Paramount. For the 8 of us, we ordered lots of varied items. The Rueben was sent back...that was NOT corned beef. In addition, all 3 burgers were cold - not warm, COLD - and the small plates of pork belly tacos, stuffed zucchini and duck with grits were just MEH. A little shy on... More

I went here with my family after seeing a show at the Paramount Theatre. We enjoyed it very much. I definitely want to go back when the weather is warmer, because the outdoor space looks great. It used to be a true train round house, so the space is pretty cool. I had the short rib sandwich, and was very... More

We had tickets for the theater in Aurora, IL and I need to find a place close by that offered gluten free options for my sister in law. It seems strange that a brewery would offer gluten free, but they had several dishes that were gluten free or could be made into gluten free. They even offer a gluten free... More

Service and food is good, however, the menu is limited and hasn't changed in years. Should add some more items or have different specials, after you've gone a few times, you won't want for a while since you would have tried everything.
