Good bar food

I went most recently for a private party. Lots of beers on tap, good service and food. I've also been for lunch and dinner. The service is always good as is the food.

Stopped by Ballydoyle's on Halloween 2015 with a couple of friends. First time visiting. There was a cover charge at the door but it was Halloween and they had a party going. Atmosphere was very lively and very packed. We found a table in the back and were waited on pretty quick. There is a huge beer selection at reasonable... More

We go here often, they have great bands, and the Irish chips are great with this unique blue cheese sauce. All food is good and the atmosphere is perfect if you want to have a great time!

Haven't been there in 2015, but in 2014, tried it a few times - if they're slightly busy, they don't seem to be able to keep up, ran out of glasses and used 4-5 dixie cups in place of one glass. Food average.

Great atmosphere and very good food with attentive service. The Irish chips with blue cheese dip is a fantastic appetizer. Must try's are the Boxtys (Irish potato pancake with various fillings), Fish & Chips and Burgers with a good variety of liquids available, to wash them down.

We decided to have my 86 year old mother's funeral luncheon at Ballydoyle. We ties in her Irish heritage in the funeral Mass with the music and carried on with a delicious buffet of Irish food. The Shepard pie and the corned beef, cabbage and red potatoes were delicious. Honestly, the corned beef was the leanest I have ever had.... More

I had a reuben and a side of potato soup. The potato soup was delicious, the reuben was average. My husband liked his corned beef, potatoes and carrots. And, my kids liked their burgers. The homemade chips are pretty good, but almost a little burnt tasting and you have to pay extra for a dip to go with them. The... More

Our server was very friendly, but when asked multiple times for glasses of water, he would bring one a time. Every time we asked, we received only 1 glass for our party of 4! Service was slow, he said the kitchen was "slammed" and the food was fine, nothing outstanding.

Food was very tasty, Drinks were good too. Service was ehh! Tab would have been considerably higher with better bar service. And we were in the bar.
