Good service, nice atmosphere, great food. I have eaten here four times. Three times for breakfast, once for dinner. The breakfast buffet is excellent!

Brunch Sunday was very good at Birch River Grill. We have dined their several times in the past which is why we keep coming back. The servers are very friendly. Food selection was more than adequit. Obviously the peel and eat shrimp was the most popular item. The Talapia was excellent. How many days again until Easter?

Food and service was good. but they automatically add 18% gratuity. They don't warn you in their advertising. We were stunned that automatic gratuity was added for a table of 4. If they warned us in their advertising when they quoted the prices, that would have been fine. I just don't like surprises.

I never understand why this restaurant is not full all of the time. The restaurant itself is very pretty with it's birch trees and natural rock fireplace. The food is excellent. For a restaurant that is attached to a hotel, you would not expect the creative menu and delicious food. A great place to go on the weekends because that... More

We were so pleasantly surprised by this restaurant in the doubletree hotel. Best Cobb salad...huge slivers of fresh avocado, chunks of fresh cheese, fresh egg, garden veggies and a dressing to die for. Fish tacos my husband inhaled. Loved the ambiance...lots of large windows..stone and wood. You would never guess you were in a hotel. Has to be the best... More

I was staying at the Double Tree which is attached to this restaurant and I had dinner here twice and breakfast once. The first night I ordered their quesadillas which were really good, actually some of the best I have ever had. The next night I got an avocado chicken sandwich which was just OK, pretty bland and mostly all... More

Simply a great breakfast spread. Fresh fruit, sausage, bacon, eggs, and usually a breakfast sandwich or omelette variety item. Includes a Japanese buffet of rice, miso, pickled veggies, seaweed, etc. Good environment and decor, a sort of rustic hunt lodge setting. Recommend!

Had a dinner in Birch River Grill during the stay. Service was great, loved the food and decor. Buffet food during the conference week was also very good.

After a long travel day, we ventured across the street from the Marriott Courtyard for a full-service meal. The atmosphere was relaxing and food options varied along with their wine selections. While the server wasn't extremely personable and the service was on the slower side, after tasting the ribs and the pot roast, it was decided that it was worth... More
