The greater Chicago-area's growing Asian community and those others who appreciate the culinary offerings consistent with traditional Asian cusine need look no further than to the Mistsua Marketplace for a plethora of fresh, frozen, canned and otherwise packaged food-stuffs, as well as huosehold items on offer. The food-court at Mitsuwa has a variety of offerings presenting the diner with an... More

Had ramen on my way down south through Chicago - it was very quick and super delicious. Amazing variety - lots of little eateries and shops. I wish I could do my grocery shopping there as well.

If you are a fan of Korean, Japanese, and "Asian" food in general, you NEED to go here. A marketplace w/ a food court from heaven... ;)

I have been going to this location for Japanese prepared foods and groceries since the 90's. It is the best value for the food that you get! I will be back.

We have Asian stores in St. Louis, but nothing like this. We try to come up at least 1-2 times a year. Love the food court in the store. Everyone can get something they like. Excellent fresh sushi and bento boxes. It is a must try.

Is the best one that we found in Illinois, have the best products, and the food is extraordinary. The products are not cheap, but... More

Today I had lunch in the Mitsuwa Market food court.Mitsuwa is a large Asian food market with a food court. The food court has a collection of fast food restaurants that serve Sushi, Japanese soups and Chinese dishes. I had a Miso soup with pork. The soup contained slices of pork cheek (the tastiest part of the pig) and noodles... More

I've come here all the time, mostly to eat in the food court. Good selection of noodle restaurants (ramen, soba, udon, etc.) plus other pan-asian restaurants and a burger (Gabutto burger) joint. The restaurants change over the years. Food store specializes in Japanese and asian items, there is a video shop, liquor store, Kinokunia book store (apparently a chain), gift... More
