LaTasca offer the opportunity to engage in communal dining with friends. Great menu options and fantastic wine list. This restaurant has expanded over the years - the main dining room is still the best seating.

I visited this Tapas place after a few years. It used to offer great tasty food with Spanish zest and crisp entrees. It has lost that a bit. However, drinks and ambiance is great. Location is great. Service was very good but a bit slow. We ordered a few entrees from specials. They were not that great. Felt like Chef... More

Went here for a girls-night outing and had a blast. The restaurant was very quiet and good for an intimate meal. We ordered a number of plates (as this is tapas style) and shared amongst our group. The food was a tad bit on the pricey side but not too bad once split-up between us each. Great spot on the... More

My niece and I met after work to have dinner here. She has been here before and I had not. The Decor of the restaurant was very charming. It looked a little Spanish and a little Italian. The menu had changed from when my niece had been here. The Waiter was very helpful in helping us with some selections. We... More

I have dined at this restaurant several times over the last several years. It has been an ok experience. This time there was five of us. We were put in the main dining area. To fit us they had to center the table in the middle and it was very awkward place because of servers, and customers constantly pushing by... More

This has been a good Tapas place for years but everything, including the menu has been the same as it has been for over 10 years. It is expensive but a fun experience. Just add some new and different selections.

We were invited for a rehearsal dinner for a wedding. This place is fun. We had the full tapas meal with refills of sangria. I can't remember most of the dishes. The best was potato salad. I do not like octopus. Of course there are lots of things in between that were good. Sensible thing -- speech time the music... More

We had a family dinner at La Tasca. Easy to find, park and the indoor looks fine. We are not picky but we had a poor experience here with the food we ordered. We had 4 cold tapas that were average. Nothing fancy. The issue was about the hot tapas. Our pulp was way too grilled, shrimp were very fishy... More

We went one evening after attending a wine tasting-so we weren't up for drinking more although the sangria sounded good! Another couple, my husband and I shared several small dishes. I especially liked the eggplant dish and fish dishes. A friend had the veggie platter with a nice selection and my husband and friend shared calamari that they raved over.... More

Excellent tapas choices. Love the patatas bravas, bacon wrapped dates, shrimp, and pork tenderloin tapas. I also love their paella. Had a party there and got to taste much of the menu - yum! Great atmosphere; right across from the Metra station so it's a great meeting place for friends in the Northwest Suburbs. Their food is quite authentic. I... More
