Great meal!

Excellent, somewhat pricey upscale Mexican food featuring Mole sauces. I really liked that the server offered to bring a sampler of the sauces to help you decide which one(s) you like. That takes much of the guesswork out of ordering. Our group had several entrees and two appetizers and had to... read more

We love taking the family here, the service is outstanding...they are always so accommodating towards our young girls. The carne asada is wicked good and all of the varieties of tacos are fantastic! Did I mention the smooth margaritas...uhhh....yeah...they are terrific! This is probably our favorite restaurant in downtown AH. LG!!

It is rare to have real Mexican food - especially in the Midwest. Thus place is the real deal with fresh ingredients - a place full of wild and foreign taste. Do yourself a favor

Ok, so here is the bottom line. We go frequently with our daughter, husband and four young grandsons. Very kid friendly but also a good place to go as a couple or with friends. Broad menu selection of starters, entrees and desserts. The three dips that come with the chips are fun - one of the things that ur grandsons... More

I made a reservation here many weeks in advance for New Year's Eve. The night before our reservation I got a call from the restaurant wanting to know if we could change our reservation from 6:30 pm to 6:00 pm because they were over booked due to some problem with the Open Table reservation system. I said we could get... More

We took our son for a last dinner before he went back to Australia. He requested Mexican since they don't have it there. The margaritas were so sweet (and not fresh)we switched to beer. The server was so slow and kept apologizing for not paying attention to us. My sons steak dinner was over cooked and cold! Our fajitas were... More

Loved our dinner here. Many interesting menu choices. Lots of options for tacos include shrimp, carnitas, and veggies. Arroz con pollo / chicken pot pie option is different, as were the tamales. There are also many moles on the menu. Nice atmosphere in downtown Arlington Heights.

I've been to Mago 3 x the last two months and have really enjoyed the food. Service too was excellent! A bit crowded but once seated it's fine. Food is consistently enjoyable.

Just below average mexican food, nothing impressed me enough to recommended or return. Had the sangria and a margarita and those were not great either.
