Delicious Vegetarian/Vegan option!

Wonderfully tasty options for vegans and vegetarians. The tacos were really tasty as well as the other recommendations from our waitress. The dishes had an interesting mix of spices and the waitress was able to accommodate the desire to appease both requests for mild and heat. I prices are a... read more

I've been a regular here since the 80s and always enjoy the food and atmosphere. We have regularly driven here from Michigan just for dinner. Indian nachos are truly magical. Pav Bahji is savory and available on a variety of formats. I can't recommend this place enough for both vegetarians and non vegetarians looking for authentic original recipes. Love it!!!

I keep kosher (or at least not trayf) which pretty much means vegetarian when eating out. And that usually means bland and mushy. I asked for something spicy and crispy - and they delivered! Can't remember what it was, but service and food was great. We were just passing by, btw, and used an app to find "restaurants near me."... More

Food is not terrible but not really all that good and service is similar. The prices are definitely too high for what you get and the space has bad acoustics which means you can hear people across the room as if they were sitting right next to you. It's nice to have a wholly vegetarian restaurant in this area, but... More

The restaurant is down the street from our hotel so we drove there for an evening meal. We are vegetarians so we find it difficult ordering at most restaurants. So we reviewed the menu and decided to order the Combination Platter (THALI). The service was warm and friendly, but at $16.95 the Combination Platter was greatly overpriced. The portions were... My family (with four grandchildren in tow) had our Mother's Day dinner here. The menu choices were superb. As vegetarians, we appreciate being able to order anything on the menu and not have to worry about whether or not there are meat products involved. As an added bonus, vegans can also order dishes with non dairy product substitutions. The portions... More

Though they specialize in Indian cuisine, their menu features sections with Mexican, Italian and American food. They prepare each cuisine very well but just know that it all has an Indian accent to it. I think it works really well and creates some great flavor combinations. Also know that it is a vegetarian restaurant. We found the people who work... More

Every experience I've had here has been entirely positive. The food is delicious - SO flavorful and unique - and the wait staff has always been smiley and helpful. The decor is minimal and plain but everything is clean. I absolutely loved coming here when I lived in Chicago even though it was a 25-minute drive. Totally worth it. I... More

I saw on the way and stopped with wife and kid as we were too hungry and vegetarians. We had high expectations from the restaurant as there are very few Indian veg restaurants. We weren't welcomed by any person, after going inside. After a min, a lady sitting on a customers table, lifted her head and said sit any where... More
