This Italian cafe if one of my favorite places to dine at when i am visiting Alton. The pizza special is very good. Thin crust pizza with 2 toppings and a side salad and drink for under $10.00. Pleasant atmosphere and just a couple of blocks up from the River. I certainly recommend visiting this restaurant when in Alton.

My husband and I love this restaurant. They have something for everyone. The thin crust pizza is my favorite. Staff very friendly. We go there 2-3 times per month.

Loved the artichoke app. and the thin crust pizza. Friend had the chicken parm. and finished the whole thing. (Last visit had a sandwich and was not impressed. MUCH better this time.)

I don't eat here very often because it's on the other end of town from me, but the handful of times I have, it's been terrific. Not only is the good great, but it's a nice little place with a pleasant atmosphere and you can get a good glass of wine for a decent price.

Love their sandwiches and pizza. Great neighborhood restaurant. They have free wi-fi and are open 7 days a week. I also like their salads. Best of all, their prices are very reasonable.

food was ok, service was a little slow and not real friendly - price reasonably. I probably wouldn't go again.

Tried this restaurant based on Trip Advisor reviews and was not disappointed. I'm glad I called ahead because they closed at 7:30 on Friday evening! Enjoyed the pizza; the 12 inch for one person was more than enough food. Lots of families and regulars come here. A very non-descript area; at first I thought I had the wrong address. Friendly... We went to Alton on business and were looking for a good local restaurant. Usually when I see that the best restaurant in town is a pizza place, my first thought is that there isn't much to eat in that town. But Princivalli's definitely rates. The three of us went there the first night we were in town. We got... More

Food is delicious, have tried many menu items. Service pleasant, pretty fast, considering many Items prepared fresh. I know the Princivalli Brothers and they are great. They have also come on my Mineral Springs Haunted Tours. ,and brought a number of their staff for an "Employee Appreciation" event. My staff often meets and eats there before a tour. I have... More
