Tony's Tuscany dining room offers a casual relaxed atmosphere with elegant tones. This dining room draws you in with it's deep colored walls, pressed tin ceiling, and the amber tiffany lamps adding the perfect glow over the cozy private booths. Please note there are no reservations accepted in this dining room. The casual Tuscany dining room is seated on a first come first serve basis. If reservations are essential, Tony's boasts four elegant dining rooms complete with pristine white table linens and service that is second to none. Of course great service and atmosphere aren't the only reasons people have been making the trip to Tony's for 55 years. Tony's is the home of the World Famous Pepperloin Steak. This beef tenderloin is marinated in Tony's secret marinade, rolled in half cracked black pepper, grilled to perfection, and drizzled with garlic butter. After one bite of this mouth watering steak, you will never want steak from another restaurant again. It is so tender it can be cut with a butter knife, and it practically melts on your palette. Tony's also sells these unbelievable steaks marinated, peppered, and ready for your grill at home. If steaks are not for you, Tony's offers 20 different home made specialty pastas, along with a delicious selection of seafood and chicken dishes. With a wine list of 60 wines by the bottle and 30 by the glass selections, even the most discriminating wine aficionado will be in heaven. For an after dinner drink one must try the Italian Delight, Tony's version of the ice cream drink the Brandy Alexander. After re-opening from the flood of '93, Tony's added The Third Street Cafe (is now the new prohibition lounge), a 75 seat bar with a charming sidewalk cafe. It is a favorite place in town for meeting friends for drinks, waiting for a table in the dining room, or bringing the family in for a casual dinner. Tony's bar and sidewalk cafe serves pizza, sandwiches, salads, appetizers, and kabobs in a family atmosphere. Tony's is sure to have something to please everyone, and we do our best to accommodate any special requests you may have.

Great Pepperloin

Great Pepperloin and wonderful ceased salad. Nice enough for special occasion, but economical enough for a Friday night out.

I had dinner in Tony's a few times and every time I decided it was the last time. The food is not what it should be for the price. Maybe some dishes are better that what I had but I gave up.

Went there for a cozy night out with a few drinks. When we got to the bar side, it was nice and relaxing music. The best part had to have been the bartender, Brett. As a fit, tall and handsome guy; he fits the perfect bill as a bartender. He makes the most amazing martinis and I even tested his... More

We had a fairly large group to celebrate my partner's birthday. Everyone really enjoyed their food, the wait staff and the ambiance. I had the eggplant parmesan, which was fantastic. My parner had the tenderloin and loved it. Thank you!!

Beautiful old building, and pretty good food. Service was pretty slow though. Waited over 10 minutes from time we ordered drinks before we were served. Salads were wrong, but tasted good. Steaks and pizza were good, not great, but good. Would give them another shot....and hope for better service.

We had gone to the restaurant side and decided we wanted a more casual atmosphere so we went around to the bar. Nice clean bar, good lighting, great selection of drinks and fantastic service! We decided on pizza and the waiter recommended the Tony's Special.....it was soooo good! There was so much we ended up with a to go box.

I usually order a petite steak, baked potato with sour cream and a house salad. It just doesn't get any better than that. Winter is just around the corner and that means the fireplaces will be blazing. The waitresses are attentive, smiling, and courteous. There are several options for parking: their lot on Piasa St., Out front on Third St... More

This place came with great reviews from the locals. I arrived late in the evening and was promptly seated. My waiter was prompt, courteous and slightly pretentious. I started with the Asiago Cheese dip and it was delicious with the balance of the salty and creamy. I was told the Peppered Filet was what they were famous for but I... More

The atmosphere was nice other than the huge mirrors where we were sitting. Our waitress was very good. My wife's tenderloin was good, my steak was not. The baked potatoes were awesome. The house salad dressing was excellent. It's just a little pricey.
