This used to be my favorite restaurant and we would drive 45 min just to get a pepperloin...no more!! The price for their steaks and kids meals are ridiculous with bad service on top of it. Who wants to pay $24.00 for an 8 ounce steak?? Oh wait plus a baked potato. This place is in need of an updated... More

Great pepperloin; lots of variety to the menu; great pizza; arthichoke hearts appetizer is scrumptious.

Has a good peppered steak, along with some good sides. The 3rd street bar has some out standing pizza and burgers or you can go to the main dining room for a more formal dinner. Good place to meet customers over a drink and dinner.

Over rated, poor service, average food, outdated decor, dont waste your time/money. This place might have been a good choice in 1978 but standards have changed.

If you are on the prowl for the best craft beer selection in Alton head to Tony's Cafe on 3rd Street. They offer a nice selection of both draft and bottle beers. The food menu is rather limited, but should suffice. If not, head for the restaurant.

We went with a group, we had reservations which I would recommend. The pepper loin is very good. The atmosphere was very nice. We had a nice time and I would go there again.

Tony's is a well established long-time restaurant - and with good reason. The food and service are excellent. The have private rooms available which are great for entertaining a large group. I've been taking 12 people there for dinner after a day of shooting and hunting at NILO (a Winchester/Olin game and conservation reserve nearby) for years. All of my... More

I've been here several times with family and friends. It's a good italian atmosphere but the food is sub par in my opinion. Parking is a trainwreck and the price is too high for the quality of food you get.

I am picky and a real foodie..this place cooked PERFERCT pepperloin and a perfectly seasoned lobster tail. Their homemade meat sauce was outstanding as well. This is my new favorite place!
