Custard french toast is amazing

Very small and service was perfunctory but the french toast made up for it. Almost like a bread putting it was soft and warm and sweet and the pineapple coconut compote sets if off perfectly, and if you don't like coconut don't worry, I don't either and I still loved this dish.

Bad food, unprofessional service, table crammed up against old, greasy snapshots on the wall. This is a breakfast café only, open 7am-11am. How hard can it be to do it well? It was the only cooked breakfast place open on the weekdays that we could find in Hanalei. Somebody needs to open a new place and put them out of... More

Over rated. Yes, the cinnamon rolls are good but there is better. I think the unbelievable bad, rude attitude you are given makes the food Not Worth It. Don't ask for them to go as your head will be bitten off. Not consistent one time you can get them to go and the next, No Food To Go!

Their specialty French toast was uncooked in the middle and the pineapple on top tasted canned. Couldn't eat it. Hash browns tasted like cardboard. Our server was rushed and brisk - not ideal for a vacation breakfast. Really disappointing.

This is a good breakfast spot that won't break the bank. The cinnamon roll is worth getting and I really enjoyed the breakfast quesadilla and my wife loved her omelette! If you're looking for a good cup of coffee though...get one across the street first. Overall we were happy with this meal and would recommend it.

There are many other better places to choose from for a nice breakfast. Food here was not very fresh and was served cold. The juice was like sugar water.

The worst breakfast I have ever had and it is hard ro ruin breakfast! The hashbrowns tasted like old cardboard and eggs were over cooked. The service was also poor. I tried this place a few years back and it was fair then and now it is even worse!

Overpriced mediocre breakfast, served in a rush with no smile. On the bright side, if you are in a rush (why would you be in a rush when on vacation?), the service is very quick.

This place was pretty dumpy with a very small menu. I had the Quessidia and hash browns, my husband had an omelette. The hash browns were soggy and oddly colored, with no flavor. The eggs were ok, but the salsa that it came with was very bland. Overall, it was a disappointment. Oh, and word of warning, they only take... More

Slow service, surly wait staff, limited menu, would not accomodate request for egg whites only - how hard is it to separate an egg? Hash brown overdone & cold along with cold toast.
