Eat Dessert 1st! ABSOLUTELY HERE. What a showcase for all things Yummy. Take the menu with you and stroll right into their nook with their bakery goods. Chocolate left, right, and center ... plus an array of combo's that have you grabbing for to go boxes. Priced ok for the size, freshness, and awesome power of each, I was surprised... More

Ordered Rib Eye. Steak was good. Vegetables were frozen. Potatoes were re-heated. I heard many people talking about dessert, but I came to eat. It turned into a $16 ribeye and Tupperware stacked mashed potatoes with garnish to add class. Didn't work. Good thing the steak was good and the beer was almost cold enough. A little tweeting and this... More

I've not eaten a meal at the Boll Weevil in a while, in part because that usually means I pass up dessert, don't! Pass up the dessert, I mean. You can read several other reviews here about the remainder of the menu but let me just say if you're in Augusta and you're sweet tooth begins to assert itself you... More

Loved the red velvet cake. Yummy homemade sandwich bread. Wonderful chicken salad. Delicious salad & ranch dressing. Awesome prices. I want to eat there again tomorrow!! Beside convention center & Marriott downtown.

The locals told me that they have the best dessert in town. I think they were right. I had the chocolate cake. It was fresh and rich. I will be sure to go every time I'm in Augusta.

Tomato apple soup was fabulous. Sandwiches were stacked high. Half sandwich and soup was more than enough. No room for the beautiful desserts unfortunately. Our waitress Emily was attentive and delightful. Great spot for lunch with a walk along the well groomed river.

Great food. Tomato Apple soup is unique and delicious. One of the best burgers any where. Desserts are incredible. My favorite is Key Lime pie. Just the right tartness and very creamy. Cake slices are huge and all are delicious. A must go for us when in Augusta. We have always received very good service.

fabulous choice of cakes... huge portions, enough to share... we went just for dessert after dinner elsewhere I highly highly recommend this restaurant for dessert, just be sure you leave room when you have dinner. then walk some of the calories off besides the river

Our son took us to this place with the comment, "They have cake as big as your head." The meal was good, but not spectacular, but the desserts were out-of-this world! There were a dozen or more to choose from, all tenderly delicious. In fact, looking at all the cakes was almost as much fun as eating them. We had... More

I ordered three kids meals and a seared tuna salad. The kid's liked their sandwiches and the strawberry cake was moist and fresh. My seared tuna salad, however, came looking and tasting like chicken salad. When first presented I asked if this was tuna and the server said that it was. I started eating it but it tasted like chicken... More
