Started with a bowl of corn chowder. Just a little heat. Very good. Next was the "Jose" with turkey and a side salad. I'd definitely order each again. Very good service too.

Not many rave about the food here and I see why. I had their version of shrimp and grits. It was good but I've had better. The desserts here are great and the portion size is very generous. Three people ate off one slice of Red Velvet cake.

The menu is very limited. I enjoyed the green fried tomatoes and shrimp with grits. The salmon was juicy and delicious but like most people, I went for the dessert. Best Dessert this side of the Mississippi River! They have been featured in several magazines for their desserts. All of them are fabulous! The Perfect Chocolate and 7th Heaven were... More

The restaurant is rustic, with average tasting food but the desserts are delicious with large portions. Casual. I would recommend this restaurant for snacks and desserts.

Right by riverwalk. Small parking behind. Decor was simple. Nachos were great but the Havana chicken was terrible with over blacken hot spices. The rice and black beans were not flavored. The desserts were the redeeming point cakes and pies and vanilla ice cream. Oh my. Coffee was good. Varied menu. You may have better luck, try lunch less cost... More

Friendly, cozy little pub style restaurant. Close to Marriott & Riverwalk. Good food & service. Building has old cotton warehouse feel.

The staff was extremely friendly, and the desserts made us come back several times. The cakes here are somewhat famous in the Augusta area. However, the rest of the food was just mediocre (thus the lower rating). If you are only in town for a short time, I'd recommend going here for dessert after getting dinner somewhere else.

We visited this restaurant with our teenage sons. Overall great service. The food was very good. Nothing spectacular but it hit the spot. We didn't try the desserts they looked amazing. The restaurant itself was just a little off putting due to it's age and decor. The staff were diligent, kind and professional.

I ordered the Jose sandwich on a recent visit, and it's definitely one of the best sandwiches I've ever had. The bread was great, almost like a biscuit, with turkey, red cabbage slaw and jalapenos. They also have great cake, each slice being large enough to serve at least two people. I'll definitely visit again.

It was recommended but I would not bother because it was so average. Service was good and dessert was great. Ordered the seafood bisque…oh my God, it was gross!
