My favorite cozy spot to talk with friends. You must try their famous crab dip. It is truly a unique recipe.

I got to stop by the Snug for dinner with some friends! We shared the Crab Dip... Always a must. I got the bacon-wrapped filet with snow crab legs. This came with string beans and mashed potatoes. The prices are very reasonable and the service was excellent. Check this place out!

We have frequented The Snug over the last ten years on average probably 2-3 times per year. Steaks tend to be your best bet for a great meal. Unfortunately, everything else for us has been hit and miss over the years; I guess it's due to chefs being turned over or menu changes. However, one thing which has never let... More

You wouldn't know it from the outside but I found this to be a great place to eat. The service was great and the food was better than I expected given the location. The atmosphere is quiet and pleasant. The wood panelling makes it warm and inviting. A little expensive for an every week type thing but I would recommend... More

If I had not read the bit of history on their website I’d have put the origin of this place well before 1992. The look and feel harks back to the steak house my father favored back in the 60s. Dark wood paneling and subdued light in this booth and table restaurant made be immediately nostalgic. I sat in the... More

We were dining with a group of 14 and the service for our group was very good; however, the quality of the food was a little disappointing. As a result, I could only rate this restaurant 3 out of 5.

Have been several times to this restaurant and have never been disappointed. They have very good steaks and sides. Nice cozy atmosphere. A must try if you are in the Augusta area

We had dinner Saturday evening at the Snug Tavern & Grill. This is a cozy restaurant that does a nice job. We were seated within 10 minutes without reservations. The restaurant was clean and the food hot and tasty. My wife and I had hamburgers that were excellent with waffle fries ($10). The burgers were large, hot, and tasty. The... More

I recently went to The Snug with my GF and her GF. The atmosphere was cozy and comfortable. After a couple of drinks we ordered crab dip and steaks. The crap dip was delicious as were the perfectly cooked steaks. The mashed potatoes were also great. Amanda served us at the bar and she was friendly, competent and knew how... More
