The lobster I ordered was served (eventually) both cold and rotten. I don't recall what my wife had but it made her sick. Given the prices (excessive) or at ANY price, spoiled food should not be served.

If this is "premier" dining in Augusta, GA then I never want to come back. Food was cold, service was horrible! Not to mention the owners son passed out drunk at the bar!!! This place has zero class. Please find somewhere else and let me know when you do!

My wife and daughter attended a family member funeral in Augusta and we visited Calverts. They were able to squeeze us in for a Dinner of wonderful seafood, wine and deserts. The Tuna was EXCELLENT and the crepe desert was over top.... Another wonderful dinner and service at the favorite place.

It s been a while since we dined at Calverts but each time we have dined there, we have enjoyed our food and the experience. They do well with larger groups or with the couple out for a quiet dinner

Reservations are suggested.but you could hit it right and sit right down.it is a busy restaurant and they are very professional .had ribeye steak,catfish,filet mignon for our party of three .food and service were five star quality.next time you have a special occasion try calverts in Augusta ga.there is a reason why they have lasted so long

Nice, locally owned places like Calvert's are hard to find for business meetings. The food was outstanding and everyone in our group loved their menu selection.
