Highly recommend!

My boyfriend and I ate here a couple weeks ago. There was a long wait so we chose to eat in the bar. The general manager stopped by and had a conversation with us. He saw an open table and proceeded to clean it off himself so we could sit there (we insisted we were fine at the bar). He... read more

Wow! I was looking for something for me and my co-workers while we were in town for 2 days of business and I found this place. Really thought we were lost until I saw the neon signs through the trees. We were not disappointed. Everything we ordered was amazing, and the atmosphere was just what we needed to relax. Sure... Ate here one Saturday evening . The wait was only 10 or 15minutes. Wait staff was very friendly and attentive. We ordered the shrimp pate for starters. It was good, but very small amount , came with crackers and three small carrots spears. For the main dish we both ordered the grilled salmon. They were tasty, but over cooked. The... More

Staff: friendly, humorous, and professional Appetizer. Chicken wings: crispy and well spiced. Entree: blackened mahi mahi, perfectly spiced. Served with new potatoes. Coconut shrimp: crispy quickly fried with good flavor. Served with white rice and black beans

I had the pleasure to eat here about a month ago. The jerk cuisine is amazing!! The seafood is fresh and well prepared. We had great service, too. An added plus is the 2 hole mini golf course that is next to the famous Rae's creek of Master's fame. We got to meet the owner, who is present and attentive... More

This is one of my favorite places to eat. The server was a bit rushed because of the holiday dinners. My picks always include some type of crab selection. She crab soup is tops. I enjoy the coziness of the restaurant. Usually the noise level is just right. Because of the nearness to Raes Creek, the parking lot (especially near... More

We just found out about this restaurant on tripadvisor, so we checked it out today. It was Excellent!! Great beach atmosphere, food and staff! My wife and I had the She Crab soup and Shrimp Pate' for a starter which was very good, then I had the Blackened Mahi Mahi and my wife had the Shrimp and a salad. The... More

I love Rae's! Since finding this restaurant years ago, this is my fallback non-chain place to go. Having Celiacs makes dining out difficult but so far so good with their menu. The jerk chicken is my favorite and my husbands is the prime rib. Had some hiccups with wait staff, but management always makes it right.

I grew up in Augusta and was around when Rae's opened. It was a fun place when I was single and dating. A great atmosphere and warm staff ensured a fun evening. Also, the menu changes so my palate couldn't get bored there. Like many, I found love and just had to chase her when the great job presented. Back... More

We always wanted to try this place, as it is off the main drag. So we decided to have lunch today. My husband had the crab cake, yes only 1, and I had the hamburger. The dishes come with beans on top of yellow rice and the crab cake came with a tiny salad. Rolls were also served. The hamburger... More
