Had a lovely luncheon with my kiddo after a wet and rainy UGA tour. The service was excellent, the food delicious and the ambiance was lovely. We felt like we were in New Orleans. I would visit again!

the crab soup was delicious, a bit spicy and mage creamy! however, the wedge salad was simply iceberg salad, with just a hint of sause and becon... It was quite dissapointing

This was our second time eating here and we have yet to be disappointed. The name means New Orleans "N" Athens. They have excellent seafood dishes, but their NONA burger is one of the best burgers in town.

Even though the place was very busy for Friday lunch, our server and the kitchen knocked themselves out to take care of a six topper with only an hour for lunch. The New Orleans cuisine was excellent all around; no one was disappointed with what they ordered and the portions were generous. What helped was that we chose lunch specials.... More

Sunday brunch is must. The bloody mary's are excellent and the Crab Cakes benedict was very good and the potato side hit the spot

In Athens for business, I decided to try Nona, with fond memories of its predecessor restaurant (Harry Bissett's). I had the Oysterman Filet, medium rare. The cut of meat was substandard. The bearnaise was incredibly watery / runny. The potatoes lacked flavor and the entire dish was soaking in oil. The creamed spinach was ok. It was a slow night... More

I have been here multiple times as Harry Bissett's and now again as Nona's. It's a quality eating experience. I have only ever gotten the crawfish etouffee. When you find something you really like, stick with it. I'll go back again.

We had a great meal at Nonas. Creative cuisine with a Cajun flair and the waitstaff was excellent. A UGA alum had recommended this place and he was he spot on.

Loved it more when it was bissetts, but still a great menu. We visited on a game day and that is a big roll of the dice. Folks who sat next to us ordered after us and were gone before we were served. It was a two hour experience and this was on a limited menu with no special requests.... More
