The first thing I noticed was how uncomfortable the chairs are. Tiny, small seats with short straight backs are not condusive to a leisurely meal. The decor is kitsch-y, and the feel is like sitting in someone's very large kitchen with nothing to absorb noise. They do not have a liquor license. The server said they "lost it to our... More

My daughter and I were looking for a Thai restaurant during a recent visit to Athens. We chose Siri Thai based on the Trip Advisor reviews. We were a little worried that the service would be slow, but it wasn't. We both enjoyed our meals. I got the Pad Thai with chicken and my daughter got the Siri Fried Rice.

Compared to other Thai restaurants in the area Siri Thai has the nicest dining area. The food is average. I've ordered the beef and duck; both were chewy and lacked in flavor. I've had three different desserts here, and all of them were bland. The prices are so high that I felt that I got ripped off every time I... More

This was a great pick for lunch. Everything was just the right amount of food (salad, spring roll and entree), fresh and very tasty. Service was excellent and fast, even though it was full. Nice variety on menu.

Siri Thai welcome to the East Side of Athens! Now with a second restaurant in town, I can have your amazing food anytime!! And I have to say the ambiance in the new location is EXCEPTIONAL - very open, clean and inviting and the outside eating space is perfect. It is a wonderful compliment to the Prince Avenue Bottleworks location.... More

My husband and I love this place and so does our daughter (5yrs). The food is outstanding. The floor staff is not the fastest in the world (they're a bit shorthanded and can fall behind), but everyone is amiable and will get you what you need. We've tried about half of the offerings on the menu and haven't been disappointed.... More

Good food from a reasonably sized menu. Very attentive service. Restaurant clean and spacious. Not quite a venue for a romantic meal, but certainly close.

Athens, Georgia, is a town where eclectic is the norm. Siri Thai is located in the Bottleworks, which is an old Coca Cola plant turned into a multi-use facility, just off of Prince Avenue. Parking is almost non-existent on the grounds, but there is a largish lot across the back street dedicated to visitors to the Bottleworks. Just be careful... More

The tom kha soup was too sour, with the white color, reminds me of sour milk. The fish was too sweet, might as well dip it in honey. It is among the worst Thai food I've had. To make things worse, the waiter demands 20% tip for lunch in addition to the already charged large-group tip, (maybe she forgot it... More

I have been to Siri Thai twice now and both times have been a positive experience. The menu has something for everyone including many Thai favorites. The level of spice can be tailored for each dish so everyone is happy. The food is more upscale than many Asian restaurants in the area so don't expect the greasy fast food that... More
