I had a short 8 day stay in Copan Ruinas and the food was so good at Picame that my companion and I came back twice!! The food was delicious, abundant, great value, and very fresh. Our Honduran server spoke excellent English, was warm, hospitable, and gave helpful travel tips. Loved it!!!

Cons: TERRIBLE service, European/ american prices but 3rd world quality, disgusting Chinese (?!) rice. My husband was feeling sick and he couldn't eat a SUPER spicy Chinese (?!) rice. BTW, I didn't get why they call it Chinese rice... The owner noticed that the plate was completely full and he didn't look concerned or asked anything about it. He looked... More

We ate twice in this restaurant as we found the staff was nice and the food was very good and fairly priced. Try the Baleada (or something like that :-), it's lovely and filling!

very friendly, great atmosphere and fabulous food at a sensible price - what more could anyone want? Also, if you want to know anything about Copan, the owners are very knowledgeable and friendly, and have all the time in the world for you. Thanks so much!

Picame is my go-to place for fruit smoothies. The staff are experts at combining fruit flavours so just ask them to blend up whatever they want...you will not be disappointed. I also love Picame for their roasted chicken, their burritos, and I think they make the best nachos in town.

Amazing food & excellent value for money. A great place for both the affluent & budget conscious alike. Having owners who speak perfect English helped too, I hope to be back sometime in the not so distant future. Thanks to Jessica for all the help with the trip planning

A week in Copan doing a homestay meant a lot of Plato Typico. When I tired of the beans, rice, and tortilla combinations, I checked out Picame. The veggie stir fry was not only good for Honduras, but good, period. Good enough that I went back 2 days later and had it again. Their smoothies are excellent as well. Owner... More

Not only enormous portions, the tantalising taste, garden atmosphere, cocktails and service have left me unable to find the proper words to describe the experience. Just do it.

We ate at Picame 3 times during our stay in Copan!...fresh, tasty and good options for vegetarians. Excellent shakes and smoothies. Their burritos are HUGE! Noodles were excellent as well. Run by a very friendly dutch woman. The restaurant is very clean and close to the main plaza as well.
