We picked up coffee here, and the smoothies were delicious, but the grilled cheese sandwiches are out of this world! There are quite a few options, and they all looked good - we got the pesto, shredded chicken, mozzarella and it was fantastic. It is a pretty garden setting and near the main square. Great selection of cheeses and wonderful coffee. Would like to have a little more on the menu which was a little limited. I think a varied cheese plate would have been a good option ;some biscuits and/or crusty French bread with a selection of their great home grown cheeses would have been perfect with a good glass of wine.

Very cute/quaint place with great food and cheap beer! Most of our nights started out here before heading out to other bars :)

Our guide suggested we stop at San Rafael for lunch and he did us a big favor. We had the smoked salmon plate, which had cheeses, breads and some veggies. Very good for being in the middle of the country. All the artisanal cheeses are made at the owner's nearby farm. A very pleasant interlude in Copan and strongly recommenede..
