You should probably go here once as long as you are not fussy about a well prepared meal. The setting is very casual on the water. The service is slow, but that is the norm on this island. There are no actual chefs, just a few woman that can prepare a typical home meal. The food will probably be over... More

Real authentic island food, great setting. Have visited this place many times, always enjoy myself, last time was in July, the delicious fish and plantains never get old, Love it! Don't Forget to ask for the "mutton peppa", locally made hot sauce, makes it all even better!

My husband and I ate at McNab Place 2 times the week were in Roatan. We ordered chicken and fish the first time and both ordered fish the second time. Both times the food was fresh and excellent. The first visit we ate out on the gazebo facing the water. We were cool from the breeze and the view was... More

We met with some friends at McNabs place, right on the water. Nice ambiance, great service and excellent entertainment with spider monkey. I would definitely recommend to stop by for a bite. Watch out for croks in the cage, don't let them bite you LOL.

There is only one restaurant on Roatan that has better seafood, but McNab's has so much more value. There are various animals for the kiddos to look at while you wait for your food. Meanwhile adults can enjoy the dock and view of the sea or watch a sports game on the flat screen. McNab is well worth the trip... More

Charley (my Taxi driver friend) and I ate dinner at McNab Place Thursday around 6:00 (6/28/12). The langosta and shrimp in garlic with plantains was the best on the Island however, meeting McNab was the remembrance. There was a greatness about the guy. "The mark of the man of the world is absence of pretension. He does not make a... More

Don't miss the local flavor and friendship at Puky's - MCNAB PLACE! Bar-b-que pork chops are tender and the sauce is delicious. Family place and many local residents enjoy the outdoor cafe. You can approach this south shore restaurant on boat and tie up while you dine. Puky is the owner and extends a warm welcome.

My family and I were in Roatan Island for 2 weeks. We went kayaking all the time to different restaurants but the one particular restaurant that we were so fond of was the Mc Nab restaurant. The food was prepared at your request. Only fresh meat and vegetables were used. Nothing was frozen. The food was delicious and very economical.... More
