Delicious German food, laidback atmosphere

Klaus and Annette are awesome! We stayed at Roland's Garden Guesthouse, and ate here basically every day (sometimes twice). The schnitzel, sausages, roast pork, spaetzle, and wahoo in garlic butter were all great. And Friday was goulash night, yum! We also met and talked to some really cool people... read more

Outstanding service and atmosphere, great German food, ice-cold Salvas. And let's just say that the tab at the end of two weeks did not break the bank.

Myself nor anyone in the group had complaints here. The food was to die for and all home made.. Including the noodles! It was the best German food I've had in a long time!

Annette and Klaus run the Manati and from the moment we arrived at the dock and saw Annette standing at the top of the steps waiting to welcome us we knew we would be well looked after here. The food is amazing. We ate here for lunch and dinner over the several days that we stayed at Roland's Garden Guesthouse... More

We enjoyed the company and the food was excellent. The hummingbird feeders had many return birds and lizards.

Delicious meals from Honduras and Germany, all very well accompanied by the best cold beer, also from both countries!

We recently stayed at G&G's Clearwater Paradise Resort (excellent!) and came over here one night for cocktails after diving. Owners and patrons alike were super friendly and the beer was cold and excellent. When you go, you have to check out the swing pole. Very fun!!

My wife and I (plus 2 new friends we made at La Giralda) kayaked over to Manati for lunch and a couple beers. Klaus and Annette from Germany who run the place are so likeable and friendly. They sat and talked with us and told us their story over a couple cold drinks. I could have stayed there all night... More
