For the past year, while making monthly visits to Americus, we've been looking for THE place to have lunch. We are happy to report that we have found it!!! Now we just wish we could eat there more often! Located on the corner at the Windsor hotel, it is a stylish downtown location that appears new (or newly remodeled), very... More

We were looking for a place with a great lunch, and this hit the spot. The food was great, and the little mini pecan muffins were so delicious that I bought a dozen of them.

Stopped by for lunch over the weekend. The previous post is right; the menu is limited to just sandwiches, soups, and salads. When I walked in, I was greeted right away at the counter. Ordered the turkey provolone panini. It came with a choice of chips or some homemade salads. I went with a side of pasta salad (I would... More

The menu is limited to the above (no longer offering breakfast/brunch) but what they do make is very tasty. We were there during a busy lunch time and food took a while but we weren't in any rush. The decor screams "bistro". The restaurant is the ground floor of the Windsor Hotel's turret so features a round exterior wall.

It was my last day of grad. School at GSW and we wanted to go somewhere unique and delicious. We had overheard people talking about little brothers bistro and decided to give it a try and it did not let is down! It was awesome! From the sandwiches to the soups and salads and even those yummy little muffins! The... More

We travel to Americus several times a year and enjoy stopping for lunch at Little Brother's each trip. We have tried different soups and sandwiches and have never been disappointed. Our order is taken at the bar, then delivered to our table. It's small but always very clean with extra space available outside. There's usually lots of folks coming and... More

Stopped here while on a layover from the SAM Shortline. We stood at the counter for too long. As we were leaving someone asked if they could help us. We did not stay and order. Restaurant looked clean and inviting.

Our son lives in Americus so we visit fairly often and frequently go out for lunch. This is by far the best spot in town for a tasty healthy lunch. We were here two days in a row and got to sample several items. A favorite was the turkey, berry and pecan wrap. My tomato bisque soup was exactly the... More

This place right in the center of downtown Americus is the best in town for modern fresh cuisine. It is informal (order at the counter, seating at basic metal tables) but the service is great. They are justifiably proud of their emphasis on local and high-quality ingredients. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

We ate here while staying at The Winsdor Hotel. It's located right there under the first floor of the hotel. I had the grilled portobello panini and it was delicious! A quick lunch and very tasty!
